  1. Whilst this is a great acheivement and is getting some media attention, it really is not getting enough. It is actually a quite STUNNING achievement. As the year has progressed and there was talk first of going 12 months unbeaten and then a full calender year this must have placed tremendous pressure on the players. Yet in the last few weeks they have drawn away against the top 3 teams in the country. With apologies if this has been asked and communicated before but does anyone know when any team acheived this before and in particular when any team outside of the old firm has acheived that? It must be a very rare acheivement indeed. Of course, the run will have to end soon and will probably end against one of the poorer terams in a match we dominate. But end it will, so enjoy the moment! Well done Terry and Mo, and everybody else involved. We're all so proud of you!

  2. It will be just like us to lose our amazing away record to one of the lesser teams. Lets be honest, the run cant go on forever, it has to end sometime

  3. I'm only a part time fan and went yesterday because I was in Dunfermline the night before. It was amazing to see so many people had travelled from Inverness (and Chorley!). It was a great atmosphere from both sets of fans and I thought Hearts were a good side even if they did a lot of diving. Kyle hasn't changed much from his days in England. Inverness's defence was tremendous and some of the play in the last third was intricate and good to watch. Shame about Hayes who couldn't cope with the slippery surface. Could have nicked the game in injury time. I think he made the right choice to shoot instead of passing. He was central to goal and a yard either side would have scored. The main thing now is to pick up wins against the lower teams - the job's been done against the big boys!

  4. Congrats on your team's result today and remaining undefeated for a full calander year - some achievement! At times you carried alot of luck but deserved the point for the way you defended, great performance, and your manager is a top man. All the best.

  5. For me the biggest problem for Scottish football just now is still our mentality. This attitude some people have of "win at all costs" and worst of all "don't get beat" is something that has slowly ruined and continues to ruin the game here. Spain used to have a similar way of playing but through time, especially with the reformation from people like Cruyff they got rid of the "don't get beat" mentality to playing football in a way that was indeed, playing football. And where are Spain now? Of course I'm not saying that if Scotland changed it's mentality that they'd become world champions but I feel that there's some problem when the manager of the national team sees no problem with playing with no strikers against a rather mediocre opponent such as the Czech Republic. And with that mentality we won't be seeing Scotland at a World Cup for quite a long time. There's a saying in the Latin countries that in Britain you teach players to win by any means, while elsewhere they teach how to play the game, and winning comes later. That's the mentality we should have. Was it not Mourinho of all people who said that when you are not afraid to lose you have more chances to win? I'm quite glad to also say that ICT are a side who try and win every game and not try not to lose, even against the bigger clubs. That's almost certainly one of the reasons that the club was promoted last season and are still on such a good run (it's also interesting to note, that Brewster's "don't get beat" attitude is essentially what the relegated the club in the first place). A 10 team SPL will do nothing to help the standard of football in this country, if anything it'll more likely make it worse. A bigger SPL is the way forward, where young players can grow, teams can not be afraid to have a go and the standard of Scottish football can get back to a decent level again.

  6. Happy Christmas and here is a reminder of how far we have come in two years: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1123157/Breaking-point-Sacked-Caley-boss-Brewster-lost-trust-respect-dressing-room.html That was some mess to sort out and the message to family and friends and visitors is get down to the Stadium on Boxing Day and Wednesday 29 December and show the boys they are highly respected for having done just that. They have created a bit of history that is unlikely to be repeated for some time beyond the old firm. We must now not lose the desire to keep it going in Perth nor to underestimate Elgin City. 8. Can't agree SP. No cameras, no 4th official, no retrospetive cards, no rescinding, no video replays at all...just 2 teams, 3 officials, lots of controversy and lots to talk about after!!! Support KFP - Keep Football Pure Ryan Esson saved his bacon by saving the penalty. What if Miller had scored? Would Murray then have said : Sorry boys - I cost you a couple of points there. Nothing we can do about it now, I'm afraid. One point?
