  1. Just watched, on BT sport, David Raven playing for Marine and winning with a late extra time goal to get into the 3rd round of the FA Cup. 8th tier Marine, are I think, the lowest ranked team to get this far. Raven was immense, especially in extra time, with a couple of crucial tackles to thwart Havant. Well done Raven and Marine. Hope they are rewarded with a plum tie in the next round.
  2. Quite pleased for them today but only because it was Celtic they were playing. Think that was only their first ever win at Parkheid, while we’ve had, what, three? Plus I don’t think they have ever beaten Rangers/Sevco, while we practically own them 😎
  3. Looks like County have taken our mantle of taking the scalps of Celtic managers. Through slightly gritted teeth, well done to our fellow Highlanders.
  4. Very happy to see Lennon's nose rubbed further in the dirt, even when it is County doing it. Hope he does get his marching orders and disappears from Scottish football once and for all.
  5. That's us reached the target so going to close it off in the site store now. Many thanks to those who participated. I think we got there in record time this year. If there are a bunch of people who still want to participate please let me know in this thread and we may look to do an additional item. We haven't had that for a few years but can look into it if we get another 10-15 interested people.
  6. To update you, I have not heard anything more from Luca at the SPFL but was pleased to receive an e-mail from Keith Haggart, the club’s Commercial Director, on Thursday advising: Many thanks for your e-mail, and in particular your considered content. Just to keep you in the loop, we’re still having discussions with Luca, I spoke to him about a dozen times on Saturday, and every day since, and I’m hoping to catch him over the next day or so. I think you’re spot on, the perception is that it is the club who run the stream and therefore our fault. Unfortunately there are 7 separate stakeholders involved in the process, and after the false starts against Ayr and Arbroath, Saturday in particular was hugely frustrating - not just from a personal perspective, but because I knew the damage it could cause. Thank you so much for your support. I’ll keep you posted.
  7. Try googling 'caleythistleonline'. Apparently I have 33 employees and a turnover of $2.8m per year ... I would sure love to know where it all goes!

As already said, no corraling at the South stand, just an orderly queue waiting for about 20 minutes to move forward. Temp check, ticket scan and in to seat under guidance from steward. No issues as far as i can see. Considering about 60 at the North Stand so probably around 200 in total attended. Not seen anything official from the club. It's about time they appointed a media team that communicated with the fans to keep us up to date with what's going on. It would help to quash the rumours that emerge from all these inaccuracies and maybe the fans will see a different side to the club. Instead they are stoking the fires to help the rumours grow that will undermine themselves.
  9. Dont think the club have anything to do with it.
