  1. I've been a bit surprised by the number of friends who are non football fans who are quite happy and find it amusing to see rangers in this situation. Just goes to show how much the behaviour of rangers fans over the past 15-20 years has really go to so many people even those who don't even follow the game.
  2. I see they are in contact with Manchester based administrators Duff & Phelps: http://news.stv.tv/scotland/west-central/297509-hmrc-moves-to-put-rangers-into-administration/ A little bit of irony that a Manchester based firm gets to clean up their mess after they trashed the city a few years back!

  4. The problem with a lot of these suggestion is that they involve people altering words to existing songs which means everyone else has to learn the words which simply won't happen, nevermind that the words tend to be trying to portray Inverness or the Highlands in a shortbread tin style patronising, stereotyping b0ll0cks way. I was in the United end at Hampden when they won the cup (a friend was staying with me and he is united daft, I did not want to be there but he'd got me a ticket, anyhoo...) and when they played "Love is in the air" beforehand it was phonomenal. Therein I believe lies our solution, we find a catchy song that seems to work and we do not alter the words. It is just sung verbatim. The problem is.. which song?
  5. Les Fridge was worsse for us than Zibi. Zibi didn't really make any big errors with us. He did with Hibs tho and we should never have taken him. But Fridge?... And Tom Aldred. He'll not be in football for long I'd guess.
  6. The fact they were so passionate about it was almost a turning point for us. If they didn't care and were not getting fired up then we should be worrying. Fining players for arguing with each other? FFS, get a grip! Also Hayes had a particularly poor game by his own standards I feel, Foran wasn't the only one getting frustrated wuth him. And 54 away fans? Where the hell does this tosh come from? I'd say there was double that, maybe even a few more.
  7. The trainline.com is handy for checking times but beware they will charge you a handling fee and about £3.50 if you want to pay with credit card. (I always use my card online as it is protected aginast fraud) If you use scotrail website they do not charge you any fees. Similar if you want to travel in England, use the trainline to find out the network operator (eg: virgin) then go direct to them and buy your tickets. Even if you have to use a different operator for some of the journey you can get all tickets together and with no fees.
  8. Sounds like present day Dingwall to me! Sorry - should I say "Dinge-wall?"
  9. I did the first Kiltwalk in 2010, raised a fair bit of money. Doubt Terry's knee's would allow him to walk the full distance.
  10. FECK!! Scored in the final and still never won. It's a conspiracy... I'm writing to my MSP... Ah feck it - nice one Johndo! Good work. Again.
  11. Any person who chooses the user name "ILoveCox" has gotta have a good sense of humour! Brilliant! Happy birthday too, mine's a large one...
  12. Methil? Sheesh... No wonder you moved to Canada Scarlet!
  13. Really looking forward to the tournament. Quietly optimistic about Scotland but you can just never tell with us. (At rugby or football or even ludo for that matter!) I have however often wondered why are the kiwi's allowed to do the haka before games at all? I mean what if we said "right from now on we're going to do a dashing white sargeant before all international rugby games..." We'd be told to f**k off and rightly so. So why do the kiwis get to do thier "silly wee dance" as my good lady coined it? Anyway, hear's to a good tournament!
  14. Myth? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0079588/quotes?qt=qt0468376
  15. He was utter pish in the first place hence why he was thrown into the reserves. Also clearly has a lack of respect to go with his lack of talent. Glad we saved the wages on him. Where the hell is colchester anyway?
  16. It's football FFS! Sometimes the underdog wins a game, especially in the cup. We should know that better than anyone. All credit to Ayr. Now can we just get on with the rest of the season please?...
  17. There's a joke in there somewhere I know it...
  18. Peter Davidson was the fitness coach with Brewster. I liked him better when he was Dr.Who.
  19. I'd put a 50ft wall around the stadium. Then fill it with 60ft of water.
  20. Back yer bags Terry! When does the SPL transfer window end?
  21. We lost the first 7 games of an SPL season once - joining the dons in holding that record (i think) and still finished 7th or 8th. This is not the worst start we've ever had. Yet. Let's hope we can address it very, very soon. BTW, Roger - told you so!!
  22. Our record in the League Cup is shocking, we've had a poor start to the season and there will always be cup 'shocks'. This to me was not a shock in the slightest, in fact I almost put some money on it. It is a competition that we never do well in and it might serve as a bit of a kick up the @rse to be on the end of a result like that. We are out of the diddy cup, lets address the league form and get on with things.
  23. F**king shocking decision. Disgraceful.
  24. Have you been drinking? Let's not have our club go down the Romanov route of calling all those in power corrupt and mafia like, etc. Also can't see Terry as an Ipswich legend getting much sympathy from a Norwich based panel. You need a good nights sleep Pimples. Simples.
