  1. Aye I was just kiddin. Haven't used my account for years, it refers to a former player of ours adored by the C(o)unty
  2. More worried about finding a ticket first!
  3. Is their wee forum still going?
  4. It's a dump!!! The ground I mean plus you'll freeze your doggies off in January, and it's not equal travel either - it's roughly 40-45 miles further from Edinburgh to Aberdeen as it is from Inverness to Aberdeen. Aye but the A96 probably takes longer. Certainly fairer than 3 miles v 170 miles anyway........
  5. It'll be midweek won't it? Hampden will be bad for our fans but can understand the players wanting to go there. Nobody left from the old days when we used to meet QP and Rossco did the Tokely
  6. McKay had another one-on-one at 1-0 which never appeared in the highlights.
  7. Bizarre that was. A huge intimidating stadium and a huge hostile crowd compared to what we're used to..... .....but the team was crap.
  8. There's some highlights on p&b taken from Rangers tv. The commentator is hilarious......
  9. Just back. Piece of piss.
  10. Brechins
  11. Are you not confusing us with England? Don't see any evidence of that. We know we're shyte Saying that, I don't think it's a delusion to aspire to qualify for the odd tournament now and again through the playoffs or whatever.
  12. Oh well at least the station is downhill ....... I'm sure you'll have no problem getting a lift to Perth on the supporters bus.
  13. What tune were we using for that one? I've forgotten already.
  14. What's new! I think that's a bit negative. Didn't they always used to bookend the show with the OF so at least one half of the evil twins would have to watch it? Ours was generally reported ALL OVER as a great game so some people would look forward to seeing the highlights. Also in their defence, we had played Friday so it was old news. Same reason Celtic were on first.
  15. When you're in amongst it you can't hear the other end anyway. I thought the atmosphere in our end was superb but apparently they're saying we never made a sound till we were 2 up. A few decent comments OTB but plenty of sour grapes too. They're forgetting they only got back into the game because of the dodgy free kick award, and also our captain went off after an hour. I thought we handled the pressure pretty well and yep, like I said before, they can't score goals and they have a poor squad once the injuries and suspensions get going. They should be thankful for Dundee.
  16. Does that count as a whoooooooosh!
  17. I thought the ICT fans would be buying the venison
  18. Back in the Innes after the game we had an impromptu air guitar session of this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IgVhdBfKano&sns=em
  19. Got my rail tickets, looking forward to it, never make predictions though. Remember the time we pummelled them and hit the woodwork 5 times then they got a dodgy penalty. I feel we have more to give this season, but County have very little depth to their squad. They'll be well up for it, hope we are too!
  20. It was David Winters, although obviously as a pillar of the community I would never shout something like that.
  21. Brilliant piece of work by 'The New Yngwie'. Caley games - can't remember the first, but one of my memories is a Q-Cup semi at VP back about 91 when we came from behind and Billy Urquhart scored one of the best goals I've ever seen. ICT v County - my first was the dreary 0-0 at Caley Park in 94. County missed a pen down at the Comet end. My two favourites are the 3-1 at VP that Chris describes, when Stewarty chipped Hutchison (including the mass 'male bonding session' when Thommo scored no 3) and the famous 3-0 in 2000 after newly promoted County had fluked a win at our place with a penalty, while we had hit woodwork 5 times. So County were saying how they were going to see us off in the return game. Instead, ICT did their talking on the pitch and destroyed them with 2 from Wyness and another peach from Mike Teasdale, while Charlie provoked Alex Bone into 2 red cards....... A special mention for the first ever meeting at TCS when ICT won with a Wilson goal and yet another chip from you-know-who. Sandy Ross was sent off for an elbow on Richard Hastings.
  22. Wonder if it's still seeded at this stage? If it is, we get Celtic, Yenitit, Hearts or Perth Saints.
