Brechin City - Challenge Cup
They had Garry Wood banging in the goals last season but his wiki page is a bit duff, he seems to be at Locos now.

Dundee Away
No surprise there then. Probably just as likely a 4-2-3-1 with Allardice and Cammy holding but the bbc have got Samuels and MacKay on opposite wings.

Dundee Away
Carson was right back. Cammy was in midfield. Looked a bit like a 4-5-1 first half with Billy up front. Cammy😍 Can’t wait to see the two belters again. Dundee dominated but tbh Ridgers never had a lot to do. Deas and Devine won nearly everything they could throw at us from their many free kicks and corners. McMullan was probably their best player. Looked a bit ominous when they were able to throw on players like McGinn, Rudden and McGowan but after the red card we just took the piss. Delaney looks like being a player 😎

Raith Rovers -V- Inverness CT
Only 5 on the bench, a mixture of youth and walking wounded. Ridgers kept us goalless at ht with a great save from Easton. Carson was booked for an off the ball incident and lost the place, and had to be restrained or he would no doubt have got another, to the glee of the home fans who gave him pelters from then on. Second half I thought we were superb. Defended brilliantly and never gave Rovers a sniff. Danny Devine was majestic. Great work by Daniel for the penalty but thought he had a quiet game, played pretty deep to help snuff out some of the threat down our left. When Billy came on for Oakley you could sense it coming, even a half fit Billy is an upgrade on George, sorry to say. Great work again by Daniel in the buildup and, well, he scores when he wants. Somebody else might want to comment on the bald steward who apparently assaulted a young lad at the celebrations for the second goal. Didn’t see it myself but made sure of a photo to identify him.

Motherwell -V- Inverness CT - LC
How on earth was he suspended? He’s hardly played for us. Do suspensions incurred at another club get carried forward? Edit- I see he got booked against Cove in the LC section, and Arbroath in the League.

Partick Thistle -V- Inverness CT - Preview
As others have said, young Lewis thrown to the wolves. McCall must have been rubbing his hands when he saw our lineup. By the same token, our midfielders like Allardice, Doran and Roddy have to step up to the plate in a fixture like this. Docherty, Bannigan and McKinnon won’t even need a shower after that. The only players to come out of it with any credit are Samuels, Ridgers and Billy.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle WFC
That’s a shame as I don’t think I can make that one. Played on that pitch at WHEC a few times myself in the black and white era. Bet there’s no grass nowadays.

James Keatings has joined Forfar. Didn’t make the bench yesterday against Bonnyrigg but I see Gary Harkins did… @RedCard

Premier Sports Cup 2022/23
Was kinda hoping they would keep him on till the end of August... we've got a good record in bringing about sackings 😎 A lot of talk about Duncan Ferguson.

- New ICT Away Strip for 2022
Welcome back Dougal. You know I've never been a happy clapper although I don't agree with you all the time. Bit of a stretch to think that those people in 1994 actually had the foresight you're crediting them with. ICT for the incomers.... hmmm. Anyhow, I think the strip has been well received on here and loads sold and worn at the games. I've been on the Inverness Thistle facebook page for a year or two but I unfollowed it yesterday. Nothing but a few bitter old men in their own echo chamber who sound like they've never been near the stadium but eager to spout their excuses for not supporting the club. By the wording of your post above I think you probably know the thread I'm talking about 😎- Inverness CT -V- Albion Rovers - LC - Preview

He took a bad knock a few minutes earlier, a really bad foul which earned a booking, Kelly I think. Livi seemed to be targeting him. An incredible pass to Danny who took off like a bat out of hell and set up the first goal. Second goal was sheer genius from Daniel.- Kelty Hearts (A): Premier Sports Cup: 9 July

What Yngwie said, basically. There’ll be highlights so we can see whether George was offside or not. Kelty look like they’ll do ok in Lge 1. Quite a physical side who defended really well. We had the better quality but not enough of it in the tight spaces in the final third. There’s been a few moans about the Boyd signing but I thought he was ok, very neat in possession. He was played pretty deep today, I assumed he was a striker. So we’ve equalled last season’s number of group wins already 😎 On to Livi on Tuesday and a chance to see if we can exploit the space and make/take more scoring chances against a team that won’t sit in for the majority of the game as Kelty did.- Kelty Hearts (A): Premier Sports Cup: 9 July
It’s a decent wee ground with a social club and good catering. Much better experience than Cove but still a plastic pitch. Looking forward to it. Good news/ bad news is you might get a visit in a league game sometime.- ICTFC Squad Update 21/22/23/
I was surprised that Oakley got goals in the Prem when he moved to Accies, as he was a really poor finisher for us in the Championship. The one highlight for me was the time he got 2 in a 3-0 win at East End Park.- V Brora Rangers (pre-season)
Wish I’d known about this. Went to a PSF which was actually a stone’s throw from where @Yngwie lives but at least the TWS pod made the drive a bit shorter.- New ICT Away Strip for 2022
Have to agree it's a belter but I hope it proves as lucky as the pink one...- Season 2022/23 Fixtures
November 26 and January 21 will be Cup fixtures like the corresponding dates last season. Not sure why Dec 10 is a blank. The SFA are quite predictable with the cup dates - any changes tend to be in the prelim rounds in the summer. The World Cup will be on in December but no Scotland fixtures. We played that week last season (the 6-1 thrashing of Morton after they had put a premature end to our annual cup run). - New ICT Away Strip for 2022
