  1. anyone know if there are any tickets still left for wednesday? can go now that im not working
  2. To be fair thought Munro did ok at fullback. Looked to be a wee bit isolated at times but did not bad. Questions are how longs Shinnie out for, Gillet is he still with us and Mcbain(maybe injured) and Golabek will they ever play for us again ?
  3. Bad decision by Butcher after Dorans injury. Looked comfortable at 442 created chances then he changes the whole dynamics by pushing Foran out left. The game for us then just died. Nick Ross came on and looked totally lost, Richie Foran became totally ineffective out wide, any shape the team had was lost. Reverted to type aimless long balls. Appreciate options on the bench not great but giving Sutherland a run wide left would have meant keeping Foran up front to support Rooney. One plus point easiest trip home to Forres where did everybody go ????
  4. absolutely hopeless. going undefeated against the old firm counts for nothing if you get turned over at home by st mirren. 4-5-1 at home against a team with 3 wins all season come on terry the punters deserve better. St mirren totally dominated and if it wasn't for Ryan Esson could have been a right spanking. Gutted

  6. Actually highliting a point that every game is littered with mistakes some more costly than others. LDZ does not deserve to be singled out for his mistakes. And thanks for pointing out 'We where relegated' wondered why my season ticket was cheaper this year.
  7. Have to agree Lionel does make mistakes, but we seem to have turned him into some sort of scapegoat for our bad form. Wasn,t so long ago Lionel was a cult figure to the ICT supporters how things quickly change. Whilst on the subject of mistakes none have been more so costly than Tokeley getting caught on the wrong side of his man against Falkirk last day of the season and Foran missing from point blank in the first half. So even the best f**k up. I say give Lionel a break and give him a run of games. Other than that get Hastings back from Hamilton.
  8. Thought Barrowman was the pick of the front two in the first half with Foran going thru the motions. Seems Barrowman is to be made the scapegoat for Butchers tactical ineptness.
  9. looks like letting Hastings go, another balls up. International player, experienced defender who can play at fullback and centre half and we send him out on loan WTF.
  10. Caley D fair play to you if only the Commercial Dept had as much drive as yourself we'd be laughing. It seems a pity that you can't reach a wider audience with your merchandise as it beats the pencils and rulers that are currently on offer. I guess there's no chance of selling them outside the ground on Sat probably need a street vendors licence would you?
  11. Really not sure about this one. Defo would not be seen wearing. Other than that how are the t-shirts selling ? not seen many about. Are any for sale in the club shop ?
  12. Really just another short -sighted move to save a couple of pennies in the biscuit tin. Merchandise when marketed correctly could be a real money spinner regardless of what League your playing in.
  13. Keep him at Left Back where he will get more space coming from the back. If he was pushed further forward he would have less space to play in and I'm not sure if he's got the touch to go by the full-back regularly. Saying that he's an entertainer, something we need more of.
  14. So the Dof F now only works for his expenses. Still a luxury we cannot afford.
  15. I've thought of someone, how about Iain Vigurs. No ? Probably not doesn't run around enough chasing lost causes, not workmanlike enough. To young, sooner look at an old pro who had a reputation a few years ago and needs to get his career back on track.
  16. Really thought some of the younger fringe players would break through. Had high hopes of both Garry Wood and Iain Vigurs and maybe Zander Sutherland getting a run of games under their belts but sadly not to be.
  17. Subtle difference between long ball and long pass. The problem we have got is there is no width. Eveything is played through the middle be it in the air or on the floor. We have never replaced Barry Wilson when he was in his prime a few seasons ago. We need a wide player just to give us options, mix it up a bit . I believe if we had that option you would get the best out of Barrowman and Rooney.
  18. We talk about trimming the playing staff, how about making cuts on the management side. Do we really need a 'Director of Football' We have a manager who has captained England and his assistant represented Scotland, what the feck do we need a 'Director of Football' for whose football experience was Highland League and SFL 3rd division. Nothing against the guy but I'm sure the wages could be freed for the playing side.
  19. if true shocking. If there was one highlight of a miserable season seeing Vigurs coming through was it. He should be on the park for his set pieces alone, as they have been wasted constantly by Black. It looks to me that head down hard runners are Butchers preferred option. Although that has proved unsuccesfull. If Vigurs had been in Imrie's position on Saturday when he lost all composure, I think we would have seen a different outcome.
  20. Director Of Football is that his title. Well surely he should be held to account for the balls up with players contracts and the pitiful transfer fees that come with not tying down players on better deals. We seem to be an easy pickings when bigger teams come sniffing around and that's down to his incompetence.
  21. I believe Proctor would make a decent central midfielder. He's reasonably quick, looks for a pass and puts himself about. Its obvious he's no centre half, but then again there's 2 of them in there and Grant Munro is not dominating the central defence either.
  22. I believe there's issues to be resolved not just on the park but right through the whole club. Brewster and his coaching staff must carry the can for the onfield fiasco but lets be honest we're going backwards off the field to. The stadium itself remains half finished with two temporary stands, temporary club shop and a field they like call a car park. The football on the pitch used to be enough to keep the supporters happy, who pay top whack to sit in the freezing cold and get soaked when it rains. I believe the fans have been taken for granted by the Board and now things are coming to a head, with performances on the park.
  23. You say he's good mates with DOF so won't get the sack. One blatantly obvious solution is get rid of the pair of them. Director of Football !! FFS this is ICT not Barcalona. Get rid of all the dead wood and jobs for the boys, free up some extra cash.
  24. Have to agree Black and Vigurs. Black can do the donkey work and Vigurs can create. The only positive to a miserable season so far is Blacks form and the introduction of Vigurs to the first team. Brewster needs to give Vigurs a run of games in the central position and stop moving him all over the park as he did in the last home game against Falkirk.
  25. Is that the level we have sunk to 'pinching points at home to Falkirk'. We really need to be aiming higher.
