  1. Good post Mrs PB. The players are usually happy to chat (within reason) to fans whether or not they are on official duty or out privately. I think they are really protected in the Highlands as we don't have the press presence that they do in the central belt. I also agree with you that it is possibly one of the attractions of living in this area. There is a fine line. We also have a really grounded bunch of guys who don't carry that celebrity 'air' about them. They should have the right to have a night out like the rest of us. The team are often out and about on a Tuesday night as Wednesday is usually their day off depending on the fixtures. Now with my job I could tell you some stories, but that would in my opinion 'cross the line' :001: :001: (Only joking by the way) :003:

  4. No food in the Innes on match days I'm afraid, well unless you count a bag of crisps. They do good food through the week, but that's not much good to you. I owe you a drink so pop in and claim it. :003: If you are coming to the game on Saturday, why not come through on Friday night and brave the elements of the 'nutters' get together.

  8. I take it you were in the Heathmount at the time then as you seem to know exactly what happened and since when did Sandy Grant become the players' boss?? There was obviously an incident but only those present can comment on what happened or who was to blame.

  10. I know it wasn't running at the start of the season, but it could be back on the go now.

  12. Is the Smithton Bus back on again? It wasn't running at the start of the season.
  13. I can assure you that Mr Grant is a professional business man and true supporter of ICT (more than most will ever know). I'm certain he would be the first person to play the situation down. Like many of us he would see no point in dragging this on and on.
  14. I too considered moving/closing the thread, but as the story is in the public domain (even if it is the SUN) I left it. I think you are right CaleyD must have been a slow day. Ross is a well thought off player and I see no advantage either for the jounalist to print the story or for it to be given any credibility here. I take it EWS you have never had a heated discussion after a couple of pints. Every one is entitled to a private life. The members of the public quotes are hilarious.
  15. I'm really not interested in these stories, they are pure speculation usually very one sided. Reporter isn't Ewan Murray by any chance??
  16. Fairways, but I think it's usually quite full. Come and join us in the Innes where we can shuttle an 8 seater taxi back and forth. Quite a few of the 'nutters' about this weekend, so why not come and meet some of the crew. Captain IHE will even be in attendance I believe (Probably left over from Friday night) If you do want to use any of the buses from the pubs as mentioned above, it wouldn't be a bad idea to give them a call first if there are going to be a few of you.

  18. Okay so I missed the 'trust' bit. I must admit I was surprised to read that David Sutherland was Vice Chairman. :017: :017: My apologies. I'm sure you will fair just as well though. :003:
  19. Don't think there's anything organised, but I'm sure if we all chipped in a couple of pound Colin would do us a few nibbles.

  22. Thanks DJS. I'll be along. Do you know yet who the rest of the panel are going to be? I'm delighted that Alan Savage has agreed to come along though and David Sutherland has always been very informative at the previous forums. Looking forward to it.
  23. Well you are half right - he is heading for sneck - next Saturday that is. :001:
  24. I'm thinking honest. :003:
  25. Our game is on the 103 - 105fm. The Gaelic station. In Inverness it's about 104.9fm
