  1. The issue for me wasn't so much the slack pass it was the fact that Shaw didn't give chase until it was too late.
  2. Shaw played as a 10 against Livi and he did so again today.
  3. Pre Hamilton (midweek) - 2
  4. That's atrocious from Shaw.

    West Stand Roof

The S94 fans have tweeted that the target is £25,000.
  6. Pre Livi - 3 Pre Hamilton - 4
  7. It's 100% Henderson. Carson is back in the penalty area when Ridgers throws the ball out to the right flank.

    Wee Jobby Gone

Partick have been an absolute gang for a number of months now. They've definitely flattered to deceive in the league and whilst the timing is odd the league form probably justifies it given where they want to be.
  9. In fairness to Hughes he had the admirable aim of trying to keep the likes of Shinnie, Watkins etc on longer deals. I seem to recall him saying something like he wanted ICT to stop losing players for nothing and keep them for longer or at least on deals that meant when they did move on the club could benefit financially. Unfortunately this wasn't straightforward and whilst Butcher was pretty decent at "recycling" the squad whenever we lost important players Hughes was, as discussed already, pretty shambolic in the transfer market. Ibra Sekajja anyone? Yikes!
  10. So just to be clear you think Feb 8th 2000 is when ICT peaked? Fair enough if that's what you think but I'm with @Satan here. I don't get that at all and would love to hear your reasoning behind it.
  11. Yeah we really struggled in the years that followed what with promotion to the old SPL, holding our own there for a number of years, bouncing back at the first attempt after being relegated, appearing in major cup finals and even winning one in addition to minor cup success as well.
  12. Raith and ourselves were the only undefeated teams in the league in January but we won one more game than Raith. Other teams, like Queens Park, picked up more points overall but I suspect the judges went with the undefeated side that also scored a load of goals. Not that bizarre a decision in fairness it just seems odd given our lethargic performances save for the Cove and Arbroath results.
  13. Hard to disagree with this. I get that people will have wanted to sit in their normal seats in the NS but any atmosphere there died with S94 moved to the West Stand.
  14. The minimum punishment they will get is mandatory ejection from the tournament. The only thing that varies is how big a fine they receive as well.
  15. I think this is the worst part of it all really. I can't make midweek games anymore up at TCS but from those I know who were there it was pretty dreadful stuff and we were played off the park. The BBC stats (pinch of salt etc) certainly seem to agree with that. We used to be a real Scottish Cup team to fear. Now we seem to surrender meekly and it's a sad sight.
  16. It's Queens Park that have to answer the question of the ineligible player not us. Let them and the SFA detangle the mess (though it seems pretty clear cut) and focus on the upcoming game at the weekend. I'd trade progression in the Scottish Cup for a win at the weekend TBH.
  17. We are interested in Euan Henderson not Ewan Henderson
  18. Says a lot about us right now that our best chance of winning games is for the opposition to make administrative errors.
  19. Simon Murray seems to be leaving Queens Park to sign for Ross County.
  20. We do it for the other cups I see no reason why we shouldn't do it for the Scottish Cup as well if appropriate. It's a midweek tie against a league opponent we have played recently at "normal" prices. It's not exactly an intriguing tie. Furthermore, you'd imagine the club will be able to look at the number of tickets sold to get an idea of how many fans are turning up and determine whether it's worth opening another stand for home supporters or not as well as looking at past examples of similar midweek cup ties. Obviously there are other ways we could save more money but that's for another thread I suspect...
  21. There is absolutely no need to incur any additional expense opening more stands than are needed for a game that will probably attract less than 1,000 people.
  22. Oakley signing for Morton based on their not too cryptic tweet.

Ooops - forgot to post about this! New pod out now with the usual review of some of the previous games (had to leave a few out due to time constraints), discussion about Dodds, interviews with Dan MacKay and Mark Ridgers and we also have a special guest panellist in the form of Liam Keogh! Finally, if you follow us on Twitter, like and RT the tweet below promoting the pod you're in with a chance of winning a signed ICT shirt. Lovely stuff!
