A Pars fan on P & B says they call Burchill The Tampon - "In for one week, out for three" :015:

Foster has actually come onto a really good game for them recently (so I'm told) but I still think he is garbage. Hopefully this will mean Richie Byrne will deputise. Clark is a sand dancer. *P & J* Pretty bad injury list there.

Yes but in fairness I doubt we would be offering them any cheaper if we were playing Aberdeen at home.

Aberdeen have fitness concerns over: Mair Mackie (hard lines!) Lovell Considine Soutar (meh) Let's get into this Portlethen overspill!
  7. You jest surely? :015:

I get classed as being from Seaton :007:
  10. Thing is, with a budget the size of SFL 2 and 3 combined, you'd have to pretty amazed if they didn't come up in successive years. But then again the players they signed on SPL wages came to Raydale to work with "Soopah Ro". Nothing to do with the massive contracts on offer.

Every Non Old Firm side has an equal chance of never winning the league.
  13. I don't mind hearing that at all but then again I was too busy laughing at the shambles that is Gretna Football Club. I mind down at Livingston their announcer made a sarcastic comment about the size of the ICT Away support that day claiming something like 60 had come down the road. Shame he couldn't count the real number which was ~ 250 - 300. Not great by any means but he got the reaction he wanted I guess. I kind of agree with Irons with regards to crowds and them having to build a 6,000 seater stadium but then again, surely as the Gretna chequebook was flashed here there and everywhere, they would have known this eventuality was coming? They won't even need the ground when they are relegated by March.
  14. He's right you know. We seemed to lack something in the final third of the pitch yet we still thrashed Gretna. That says it all really.
  15. Travelled no problem on Saturday :003: According to their Insight magazine you need the voucher if you are booking by phone.
  16. Can't disagree with any of those ratings IHE. I would guess there were ~ 400 ICT fans there?

Fair dos then. I honestly think though that this Aberdeen never win against them is a mental block we need to shift and we should go all out to, well, hammer them :001:

So after our most emphatic win in the SPL drop 3 of the players and change formation? I see :017:
  19. Gretna are a pub team and it showed. I said at the start of the season they were certainties to go down and nothing has changed. They are rubbish and we have had harder pre season friendlies prior to the start of this season. Today was easy and the result was never in doubt after we scored the first. It was only a question of how many. Wyness had some fantastic touches, Black was creative in midfield and McBain had a solid game on the left side as well. Niculae nearly scored his first (league) goal after a comical error by the Gretna defence. McBains goal was fantastic and the build up for Wilsons goal was delicious. We could have scored another 4 at least. GIRUY Grady! Living the dream? You're having a laugh! EDIT: I was positive I said but this but I just found a thread from back in June where I predicted Well to go down based on their squad at that time :015:
  20. Personally I would say that, to save the board getting cluttered with several threads on pre match drinking, this generically titled thread would seem suitable to offer up other suggestions to those who might want to or make the Bon Accord. But that's just me ken?

    It was Charlie Christie :004:

He's now at Cardiff so we wouldn't even have a chance until that deal was over. Injuries meant he was Man Citys only keeper at the start of the season which curtailed any possible loan deal with Falkirk and indeed anyone else. But it's still strange that after so many good performances that he is loaned out so soon after.

Keeping it simple ken? What will tomorrows result be? I've gone for ICT win :003:

How on earth did he fall down the line so soon after signing a new deal and starting the season so impressively? Eriksson is an odd one at times.
  25. Interesting you say that when most folk say the reason he was so successful at ICT was because he was still playing so much. Good. I think we need him. At least to come off the subs bench. Bring it on!
