  1. Allardice has impressed me also. Given he's just on a one year deal I'd be inclined to extend that already and, controversially, punt Sean Welsh if he continues to miss so many games with injury. He played a little over 10% of the league campaign last season and given we have no money by all accounts can we afford to have an admittedly very good player sitting in the stands every week? Maybe Allardice could be his replacement...
  2. That's really not good enough then if the support channels aren't available when people are actually trying to use the service. Fingers crossed you get it fixed and I would definitely be enquiring about some form of recompense.
  3. Did you contact the support channels that the club told people to use if they encountered any problems? That's the best way to finding out what went wrong and hopefully get things fixed for you for the next game.
  4. The quality is fine as far as I'm concerned but the AI technology is dreadful.
  5. The match centre website is terrible. Check you haven't been logged out whilst trying to get to the game. Ultimately you want to get to this bit of the site and you should be able to click live video: https://matchcentre.spfl.co.uk/fixtures
  6. Did you contact the club to resolve this?
  7. I've had this same issue as well. Cleared cookies from Chrome for the site but then it happened again. If I log in again I get an error code "2S119/1" but I am logged in anyway. Very strange
  8. Seems I am one of an admittedly small number of people who cannot get logged into the SPFL Match Centre due to problems with the Stream AMG platform. Hopefully this is going to be fixed today. ETA: Finally got access sorted
  9. My account, which I had set up prior to the email from ICT being sent out, is now blocked. Great laugh this.

    New ICT Podcast

Apologies for the delay in getting this out but the full interview with Robbie Deas, "The (Ord) Hills Have Eyes", is now available! You can listen to it via the usual podcast providers / aggregators. Apple (Not synced yet) Google Podcasts Podbean Spotify
  11. I've just received an email about getting setup for the game. Edit: Off to a good start. I had already signed up to that site but it isn't recognising my log in info and I can't get a new account setup either. Edit again: The support email provided won't accept incoming emails unless you have an "...@spfl..." email address

    New ICT Podcast

Hello, We're doing a wee giveaway to help promote the pod. Info in the Tweet below: Good luck!
  13. I'll draw a picture for Alan Simpson.
  14. Given that half of our first team are injured the team largely picks itself. Assuming that the likes of Devine, Sutherland etc. are not fit enough to come back I would prefer something along the lines of... Ridgers Duffy Deas McHattie Harper Vincent Welsh Allardice MacGregor Keatings Mackay McHattie was incredibly limited getting forward on Saturday and I think Harper is much better supporting the attack although perhaps he isn't as solid defensively and that will be a test for him given the wide men he is likely to be facing against Ayr. However, I'd be happier with Harper in there and an adjusted defence to get Mckay out of there. Duffy seemed relatively decent getting up and down the right although not as effective as Rooney was last season. Regardless, I'd be up for the LB and RB to be given licence to get up and down as much as they can to support the attack. At times on Saturday it seemed we were playing a 4-1-3-2 with one of Welsh or Allardice sitting. It may be that a midfield trio of Vincent, Allardice and Welsh would provide a degree of solidity and offer additional protection to the defence with / if Duffy and Harper get forward and Welsh is always good for offering for a short pass for the CBs. Vincent and Allardice are very fit and have a solid work rate to help cover the flanks if required. Up front we are limited. Assuming Sutherland doesn't make it I would look to swap MacKay and MacGregor so they are playing on their stronger foot. Macgregor time and time again slowed down attacks on the left flank as he looked to cut back in on his stronger foot. Whilst this can work it is normally helpful to have someone going down the left side to try and pull a defender away to create space but this didn't happen as McHattie sat back and left MacGregor somewhat isolated. The players can easily move around into different formations if we want (it can easily mesh into a 4-2-3-1 for example) and whilst it doesn't have a lot of creativity or goals it's probably as good as we can expect right now given the personnel available to Robertson. Width provide by the full backs and MacGregor / Mackay, a bit more of a reliable CB partnership (i.e. no Brad Mckay) and three midfielders who can all rotate between defensive and offensive duties. ETA: Regarding the rest of your post you need to accept the fact that if you post something on here not everyone is going to agree with you. I don't expect everyone to agree with my suggested line up but I'm not going to get upset about it.
  15. Demands wholesale changes to the starting XI then makes one change. Sound.
  16. TBF to Toddy it looked like he got leathered by one of the Dunfermline players. Maybe it's just a dead leg or something jarred and he's back soon. f course Collum never thought it was even a free kick...
  17. Agree with that there maybe wasn't much in it in terms of possession but when the few chances in front of goal did arrive they tended to fall the way of Dunfermline. Good save from Ridgers to deny O'Hara (I think) at the near post in the second half. Criminal defending for all three of the Pars goals from our PoV with Mckay looking very limp for the both the first and third with the entire defence looking suspect for the second. The third, whilst being a cracking strike by McManus, should never have been offered up as an opportunity had Mckay just dealt with the ball instead of dallying on it. So many problems the result of our own slack play. Very little to get excited about in an attacking sense as well. As mentioned above MacGregor was ineffective on the left continually wanting to check back inside to get the ball onto his right foot and McHattie seldom got beyond him to offer a wide option. Duffy was a bit more aggressive down the right flank and but certainly not in a similar manner to what we have been used to with Rooney in the last. I think only Harper put in a decent cross after he came on with a lot of our attacking play focused through the middle of the pitch where I thought Wilson protected the defence well snuffing out any attacks that were building in the centre. Trying to be positive, we did have a lot of attacking players out that would hopefully have made a difference today but we would still have had that defence out there so... Pars TV worked fine for me although it did drop a couple of times but a quick refresh sorted that out. Commentary wasn't too bad either.
  18. We basically played the Hearts reserve side. Last night was the Hearts first team. They'll cigar the league.
  19. Info on streaming from the club: https://ictfc.com/icttv-live-streaming-from-caledonian-stadium
  20. Yeah I tried to register as well but haven't had anything through. Nothing in my spam folder either. Did clock that they have told someone to email if nothing had come through so maybe ping them an email as well.
  21. HWFG! Info on how to watch the Dunfermline v ICT match this weekend: https://www.dafc.co.uk/story.php?t=Watching_the_Pars_behind_closed_doors&ID=12600 £12 to watch the stream.
  22. Almost, if not more than, half of the Killie side were reserve / youth players. Still an impressive result however and Dunfermline have recruited well over the summer backed from Germany so they'll be fancied to finish higher up than us in the league. If they had a competent manager they might even win the whole thing.
  23. If we are to take the club statement at face value it's because of rules the SPFL have set for the competition (See Section 10 of the competition rules). For the group stages a minimum charge for the group games applies (See 21.4). That said, there are options to charge less than the "Board Minimum Recommended Price of Ground Admission" but it needs the agreement of the away team as well. So we could have charged whatever we wanted with the agreement of Cowdenbeath. In fact, given the definition of "match ground" in the rules it might even be argued that these rules don't apply seeing as no one would be getting admission to the ground itself.
  24. https://ictfc.com/club-statement-live-streaming The club say they wanted to offer the stream for free but were forbidden to do so because of competition rules.
  25. Disappointing the club haven't even addressed the issue surrounding the lack of a stream for the game. A simple "not ready, working on it, hope to be ready for the first home league match" type of message would have sufficed. Meanwhile Cowdenbeath have confirmed it will be a closed door match so no stream from them either.
