  1. Our goalkeeper's top circa 1995-96 was abit naff, the one with the multicoloured triangle things on it.
  2. I'm going.
  3. I'm starting a journalism degree next month, I would be able to do everything except match reports as I will be Aberdeen based and although a season ticket holder won't be at every game.
  4. What a to$$er - someone at the club should have a word with him about this if he was joking about how we got relegated - I don't want to have him in goals after hearing about this! If true it does make you question whether he should be an ICT playerwhen we released another young keeper who I am sure would have loved to stay at the club.
  5. Word(s) of advice - book your travel ahead. Trains from Aberdeen to Glasgow / Edinburgh / Inverness are all pretty cheap if booked in advance as is the Megabus. I book my train tickets for going back to Inverness weeks in advance otherwise it gets to expensive to keep going back. IN one month last season I spent ~ ?120 in train tickets as I couldn't get any of the cheap deals. Thanks for the tip RIG, you are right. I was looking at prices the other day and I noticed that. I'm being sent through to Aberdeen to work next weekend and I booked early so I am getting through for ?7.50. Gutted I'm missing the first home game this season :(
  6. I will certainly be at more away games this year being Aberdeen based as of next month. Can't wait to follow the team on the road.
  7. These sorts of things are always going to happen in football. We need to remember that footballers at any level can have exceedingly large chips on their shoulders. They are used to getting most things their own way in many aspects of their lives and as a result can behave like "Jack the Lad." It is up to the club to handle these situation and discipline players if need be. I myself have had a run in with an ex player of ours who was known for having a bit of an attitude and if it weren?t for the intervention of another ICT player and my loathing of any sort of physical confrontation then things could have gotten quite bad, on the other hand other players I have encountered have been nothing but pleasant. If the same thing had happened to me on a holiday with my friends when I was trying to enjoy myself. I honestly couldn?t say I wouldn't have reacted in the same way. I can however see that a match is Kyle's workplace and the last thing I would want would be to have my personal life and work life mix. As for the fans complaining about swearing at the game. You hear those words walking down Inverness high street. There is no way you can protect what children hear 24/7. It is up to you to explain to your children that these words have bad meanings and shouldn?t be used. In an ideal world nobody would be offended by anything but the fact this thread exists highlights that the world isn't perfect. There is a family section you can sit in. If it is a huge issue then make use of it, but don't expect to go to what is predominantly working class entertainment and expect to hear "Oh Fiddlesticks" and "Darn." I think the best thing for everyone to do here is take both sides of the argument with a pinch of salt. The majority of People that have posted on this thread can't really comment on what has happened as they were never on holiday with the boys therefore never seeing the altercation. Hindsight isn't going to change what happened yesterday so it?s stupid to dwell on this. If there is any fallout from this then let Kyle and the boys deal with it. Or if necessary have the club intervene and read Kyle the riot act.
  8. This is embarrasing, even Fort William have a club shop. The helpful ladies in the shop were part of the friendly atmosphere of the club. This has to be one of the most stupid ideas the club has had.
  9. Anybody else REALLY wish Iain Stewert didnt have to retire?
  10. We should work out a place where all the section G regulars can go. First competitive game of the season so we need to make some noise.
  11. Make that 7 caleyrule. This is getting abit tragic.
  12. Was he the goalscorer? This is actually the European team that Steven Pressley was on the point of joining back in January, but it fell through and he ended up at Falkirk. Its German for shamefull joy. I can't spell :D
  13. They are certainly making up for it now. 6 - 0 up at half time.
  14. Falkirk losing 2- 1 on aggragate to a semi pro team from Lichtenstein. Shauden Frauda I know but that will show the diving scum :D
  15. Hot diggaty Daffidle. Looking forward to the game on Saturday now.
  16. We lost to Peterhead pre season a couple of years ago.
  17. New meaning to the phraise "plastic stadium".
  18. Wish I'd gone down. I have to admit the only reason I didn't go was sheer lazines.
  19. STIRLING ALBION *clap clap* STIRLING ALBION *clap clap*
  20. I just renewed mine. Roll on the new season.
  21. I have a time machine and yes, yes they will :004:
  22. Renewing mine Monday even though I'll be living in Aberdeen next year. I will be home for enough games to justify it. There is also alot of First Division teams on the East Coast; Dundee, Dunfermline, Livingston, Raith. Looking forward to the new season now.
  23. Couldn't have put it better myself. Now is not the time to be negetive. We have the best chance to go up of all the teams that have gone down in the past few seasons and if anyone is going to do it its Butcher and Malpas.
  24. Have you just sobered up and relised :025: Have to admit it hasn't really sunk in here.
  25. Yesterday when the final whistle went I was utterly devistated but on the walk back into town myself and my cusens were talking and we thought of lots of positives. The last thing I wanted to happen was this but whats done is done and we may aswell make the best of a bad situation. I'm oretty confident we will maintain the majority of the crowd that have followed us in the SPL.
