  1. I origionally voted for Brewster to go. After a few hours of calming down and thinking about it I feel. 1. The board probably consider this season a write off and I don't think they will go to the trouble of replacing Brewster before the end of the season. Even at the end of the season I can't see it happening. It seems like it would be too much hard workfor them and they would rather plan a summer concert at the stadium :023: 2. Brewster should be given a chance to explain his teams poor performance and explain to the fans what he intends to do about it e.g punishing players he feels have been playing badly, altering tactics. 3. Who would be a likley candidate for Brewsters replacement that is without a club/ likley to be willing to come and manage us. 4. We must remember that there are events behind the scenes that we are not aware off. There could be various reasons as to why we are doing so badly. Their will also be events behind the scenes that impare us into choosing a suitable sucsessor to Brewster if it comes to that.
  2. Brew needs to go, this is sickening.
  3. Wow! were winning, Havent seen that in a while :015:
  4. ICT should try and bring more away fans to Gretna than they bring "home" fans.
  5. I think its because everybody knew this would happen at some point. Its no surprise. Its also apparent that the majority of people feel they are gettting their just desert.
  6. He wont sign for us, were too far north and not a big enough club. He will end up signing for a bigger central belt club like Motherwell, Airdrie or Albion Rovers. JOKE I only said that because a comment like this appears in any potential signings threads :023:
  7. One SPL (top league) then the SFL lower league with the cups running as normal. The scottish cup still including the junior teams. Since gate revenues are no longer split and most SPL clubs already exsist with one home game against the OF, would this really matter? they are still getting the one game at home they need. Another 8 clubs gaining this would mean more money spread around the game.
  8. If Gretna do indeed go to the wall and East Stirling finish 10th in Div 3 and as a result get kicked out of the senior leagues, I would be in favour of merging the 40 remaining teams into two divisions (like the Dutch league) of 20 then having 2 promotion or relegation spots. Although if the SPL insist on keeping the 12 I would have Spartans in the league or Linlithgow Rose.
  9. With the demise of Gretna POSSIBLY on the cards over the next few years. Who would you pick to enter the senior leagues in their place. Remember to consider all aspects of the team you pick. I'm sure for Gretna's sake this doesnt happen but it would be interesting just to see who everyone picks.
  10. As much as I dislike Gretna's SPL status when I compare it to what we had to go through to even get into the third division. I do not want to see them go to the dogs as I don't wish that upon any football club and its fans. I hope they can sort it out.
  11. I would definatly go to a continental away trip. I feel we NEED to do this. Pre season for us is often a complete joke and the chance of playing in a European competition would get us raring to go and halt the traditional poor start to the season. Even lower league Scottish clubs seem to get a better pre season than us.
  12. Looks suspiciously scandanavian :023:
  13. This is why I hate the EPL, tis a glorified advertisment not a football league. It is so superficial!
  14. Inverness is a nicer place to live than Falkirk or Kilmarnock.............
  15. Replace players with hyper intellegent cyborgs :001: Or have all the games on weeknights so I could go more.
  16. The word "rigged" springs to mind.
  17. We could hang it at the front of the stand as long as it wasnt covering advertisments, mabye the failings at the front?
  18. If I was to chip in how would I get the money to you guys?
  19. I'm glad its postponed, it means I can actually go :001:
  20. Afew mates have had birthday parties in the social club plus they have that deviation thing there so its getting used. It could be argued that it is a vital part of the local community.
  21. My new MSN display pic :015:
  22. Your boot must have been full on the journey back :015:
  23. i've always felt the "moray" would be a good place to hang out before headin to the match. it's right bang in the centre of town so it's easier for people to meet up and then we only need to walk a couple of hundred yards to get the free bus to the ground. i saw the moray has a tartan army banner outside it now so it seems the kind of bar that would cater for football fans. alot of people go to the iness and it's alright in there however it's a little out the way from town :020: Agreedc, we could try the Morey or The Keg for the simple reason it sells pear cider :015:
  24. Sundays display by stewerds and the club in general make us look like the laughing stock of the SPL and complete pushovers. No other club would tolerate opposing fans in the home end. Those fans show our club a complete lack of respect and we look disgracefull for not doing anything aobut it. If the club iis to gain any sort of respect from other fans these spineless club officials should be sent down to the job centre. I'm not even going to mention the police as it is well established they are completely ineffective.
  25. I'll join.
