Players' Player of the Year is not awarded by fans .... and quite a few others are voted on on a game by game basis so are indicative of consistency throughout a season not favouritism. I actually agree with you that he should be dropped if not playing well and Proctor should play in his place. Maybe that will give him the boot up the @rse he may need to improve his performances. However, I think you are over reacting in your calls for him to be booted out of the club.

Off form perhaps, deserving of being dropped probably, but I think you are going way over the score with your comments. Although at least this thread - at your second attempt - was not personally defamatory towards him. You cant say we would have won more or less points with him in the side or not as there is no way to tell ... but I would agree that Proctor didnt seem to do much wrong other than getting sent off (to save someone else's bacon) and that he should maybe get a chance ahead of Ross if he is out of form.

Was doing some stat checking this morning as we try to get all our figures up to date and came across one stat that doesnt seem to have been publicised yet ...... ICT are only FOUR goals away from scoring their 1000th competitive goal !!!! [attach=1] Who will get it ???

There's a challenge then ..... for the end of 2008, come up with a few "sketches" you would like to see on OAE from what happens in the SPL in the coming 12 months and post it as an alternative to IHE's panto .......

The copyright is not a huge issue if ICT film it themselves as media rights are negotiated on a non-exclusive basis that gives clubs rights over their own footage. However, getting footage from other companies for DVD highlights would be a total nightmare. One of the things I am currently pushing the club about is media rights - especially as it relates to the blocking of games for overseas fans - and if this is successful, then you might find that ICT end up with a section on their website where fans can subscribe to watch highlights of all their games ..... just like RedTV on the Aberdeen site or Killie World on the Kilmarnock site ! I have the night to remember video too .... just cant play it on a north american video recorder :015: :015: must get it converted sometime

This is so sad. My heart goes out to friends, family and those who were close to him. I also feel for Motherwell supporters. Today should have been a truly memorable day for them, and sadly it will be, but for all the wrong reasons.
