  1. What specifically in IT do you cover? Since it's an admin course - presumably you'll be doing quite a bit of MS Office work? Aye been doing a lot of the Office stuff just now, that's easy enough though, been working with it since Primary School. Covers a whole range of things in IT, its a 2 year course and it's only 3 weeks in just now
  2. Really? What are you studying? How do you find the course? HND in Admin and IT.. Pretty boring stuff just now Sure it'll pick up though.
  3. What a pen15.
  4. Depends on what kind of service you're paying for. 54MBps to me says you're on 802.11g Wi-Fi and you have quite a good signal from your router. Theoretically, the fastest transfer rate you'd be able to sustain at that connection speed is just less than 200KBps. Yep, signal strength is excellent from the Router with all the bars lit up. Cheers for that, I should know a lot more about it tbh as im studying IT at the moment.
  5. HT: 1-1 FT: 3-1 1st Scorer ICT: Foran.. surely. 1st Scorer Opp: Sutton Crowd: 2468
  6. That was mine.. Says on the Network and Sharing Centre bit that the Wireless Connection Speed is 54.0Mbps.. SO is this result any good for me?
  7. PS3 is gash compared to Xbox 360. Cant beat the Sega MegaDrive, and Goldeneye was the b0ll0cks on Nintendo 64.
  8. Internet Explorer for the same reason as Georgie
  9. They have played us away and beaten us 3-1, outplayed us, looked fitter/stronger and looked like they wanted it more. Are we a "big team" in this league I would like to think so. I know your not ruling out County Kev but others are and I don't think we should, just because we hate them and they are our arch rivals. There is something there at the moment which we don't have. I did mention the fact that they beat us in my post but you seem to have taken it out of your quote.. :D Yeah, totally agree they shouldn't be ruled out. As much as I don't believe they will win the league, I can still see them finishing ahead of us the way things are atm. We'll see by the end of the first set of fixtures how they're faring tho, having played every team. By the time they play us next time round, I expect they will have been knocked off their perch, and I'm gonna stick my neck out and say we are gonnna have learned from the last time, and Terry & Mo will have the boys fired up for a win in that one.
  10. Why not Carsley/Bowyer at Birmingham just now.. Animal midfield that is :D Dyer was constantly injusred in his Newcastle days :D But I agree, lack of defenders is a concern, thats why I would go with Proctor on the bench just incase..
  11. Members with no names.. Spooky feckers so they are. Feb8th will tell ya bout them. :D

  13. Surprised to see CaleyD and IHE left out for this one tbh. 3 points is vital in this game.
  14. Oh Christ, is this creature still here? Thought he might of OD'd after his teams biggest game of the season last night :D
  15. Who took us out of the SFL last time we were here?
  16. How good was Lionel on the old Fifa btw?! :D If only they made these games more realistic.. :D
  17. That's your response to about 50% of posts on here. Why does a post need to be absolutely inspiring for you to even consider taking it on? :D You don't see people posting in your 'Team for Whoever' threads with "Thank You for that inspiring team selection" Oh wait... :D :D Who, in your humble opinion then, could ICT realistically get that would do a better job than Butcher, given the fact that our Board will also have to have their say in things?
  18. I don't, not anymore. I was actually quite keen on bringing Butcher in before and when his name was being touted both before and when Brew was booted out, but now I wish someone else had gotten the job. If Butcher was the man for the job, he'd have kept ICT in the SPL. Did he do that? No. If Butcher was the man for the job, he would've tried to keep the best players, especially the best younger ones that ICT had. Did he do that? No. Vigurs played about 10 minutes during Butcher's first game and then disappeared. Duff seems to be another one who was one for the future and a decent player just now but seems to have disappeared under Butcher. He now has a bad injury and I won't be at all surprised if he's the next one out the door, with this injury possibly being the excuse. If Butcher was the man for the job, he would've made some decent signings. Has he done that? No. If Butcher was the man for the job, he would've offered a very capable player a contract. Did he do that? No. Pavels Mihadjuks was a very capable centre-half from the little I saw of him and was very highly thought of by the fans. He was also a capable player in a position where ICT had desperately needed a capable player in that position, since the departure of Darren Dods. Whether he would've signed it or not is one thing, but not to even offer him one was madness. If Butcher was the man for the job he'd have a proven record at other clubs showing how good he can be. Did/Does he have a capable record? No. Observe - Sunderland - SACKED. Coventry City - SACKED. Motherwell - Finished bottom in his first season, and was only saved by Brockville. He may have finished 6th and 8th in the coming seasons ahead, but would he have kept his job had Falkirk had the capablities to replace Motherwell, the team that should have been relelgated? Perhaps not. Sydney FC - SACKED. Brentford - SACKED. Do you see a pattern arising here? Doesn't even look like a mediocre record to me, rather a pretty poor one. And last and certainy not least, if Butcher was the man for the job he would've gone into the final game of the season, the relegation decider and the most important game in ICT history, playing a simple and steady formation and team selection. Did he do that? No. He played Tokely out of position at centre-half, and played Mihadjuks, a very capable centre-half at right back, a position he had never played before. Utter madness. One things almost certain in my mind now though, and that's that ICT will probably not be in the SPL next season and should that be the case, I highly doubt that Butcher will not be here next season, should ICT not be promoted. Right, so we've lost one competitive game this season and we should be shot of Butcher? You're as bad as those tinks from over the bridge, and they were taking the p!ss.
  19. Cue SPECKY and NoBalls coming on now to claim the tinks are gonna win the league.. I dunno about the rest of your post jaggie.. If we don't get a grip sooner rather than later I can see C*unty finishing ahead of us. Just. Raith will be mid-table.
  20. Don't think Barrowman should start actually. One mistake and the home fans will be on his back, and his confidence will more than likely be shot. Go with Rooney and Sanchez for this one. With Barrowman and Foran starting upfront v Motherwell
  21. Think the main point on a lot of threads atm is that Butcher has brought in a lot of his own signings, and naturally he wants these signings to do well and prove their worth. Most of these signings have done enough to merit a first team slot.. Cox, Hayes, Sanchez, Foran, Bulvitis.. However there are one or 2 strugglers.. Eagle, Stratford. A lot of people are now beginning to lose patience and calling for these 2 to be dropped and inject some old blood into the team. It is only a matter of time before Terry realises this I think, but for the next couple of league games he will persevere with the same starting line up to try and gain some consistency. Partick will be a tough test. Oh and I also believe had we not seen Golly re-signing for us, we would still be seeing Lionel Djebi-Disaster in our starting line up.
  22. :sleep01: DornochCaley will be delighted anyway..
  23. I've had it a few times. A quid for the phone box is another one I've heard before.. :sleep01:
  24. My name is not Fergie you cent. Yes, keep it how it is, keep improving, watch the young lads getting fitter, better and more consistent - and walk the League. We shall see then caller. :sleep01:
  25. Aye, quite often had the 'S'cuse me bud, You got a quid for eh bus home you could lend us?' whilst walkin down the High St. Know someone that works in Boots aswell, where the junkies have to go for their prescribed meth, and it is a HUGE number of them that are getting it just now. Walking past The Keg up until Lauders you will see a lot of the 'wastes of space' that SMEE mentioned. That street should be renamed 'Dregs Of Society Lane' surely.
