  1. By your Google search the website you've chosen to base your brilliant knowledge of geography on also had moray as part of Inverness shire. However ordnance survey maps the aa road maps and Wikipedia (not 100%) accurate all place it bang slap in the middle of lochaber. Inverness shire stops just south of fort Augustus. Please don't use goggle to study for any geography exams you may be waiting to sit.
  2. The club themselves admitted they would be operating at a loss putting on the ayr game due to the amount of money the spfl take from the revenue generated from ticket sales. The club unless we win promotion will have eaten into that extra 75000 we got for finishing 3rd over 4th. Not having gone through the system before it's annoying and shocking how the spfl can actually male clubs run at a loss to host a match just to fund their parachute payments.
  3. You sure your not getting Fort William and Fort Augustus mixed up?
  4. Agreed. We have a habit of making history.
  5. Which would indicate fatigue on the sides who have come from 3rd/4th to get to the final for not progressing.
  6. Agree with your sentiment about them needed a playing boost however they are well and truly in the middle of lochaber and not Inverness shire.
  7. I believe the pricing for this one under spfl rules is the same as the quarter final. But could be wrong.
  8. I'm assuming you mean English championship. If so then yes they will have as three get relegated from English premiership Top two from English championship get promoted and 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th battle it out for remaining slot so potentially you can finish 6th in the English championship and be promoted to the premier league.
  9. Plus £8 per child under 12so a family of three would pay an extra £19. Family friendly club? Why scrap the under 12's free just pricing games out of family budgest. Ludicrous. Especially as the spfl takes a sizeable chunk of the cash to fund the parachute payment for the premier league side.
  10. Under 12's 8 quid for this match.
  11. Cove 4 nil winners today looks like there will be an opening. Getting back on topic.
  12. I'd assume they most likely place for them to play is the highland football acadamey on the artificial surface.
  13. Yes thank you for the effort put in to get this up and running I will be using your service on Saturday. Hope it goes ok and I get to enjoy the whole match.
  14. We could potentially get another first for the highlands in promotion to the premier league via the playoffs. Yes county got promotion this year as champions after relegation we have done that and I literally have the t shirt but winning promotion via the playoffs is much more exciting I think.
  15. So your advocating folk go Into debt just to buy a season ticket for a football club? Not everyone owns or wants a credit card and there is no credit option available. If it is like zebra was at 0% then fine but if not it does not help the individual.
  16. This will be his way of saying thank you to the club for giving him a chance. Great result for us and like has been said let's hope that encourages some of the other players in our team to extend. Agree with the Austin comments also I'd happily let him leave brings nothing to the table. Be better taking a punt on a lower league striker wager to prove themself.
  17. What about 19.05 kick offs on BBC Scotland.
  18. Yes i totally agree with you. There needs to be that grass route engagement. This is where it seems to fall apart.
  19. Alan when I worked on the trains on a Saturday the train from Kyle by the time it got to dingwall would have in excess of 30+ fans from Kyle strathcarron Garve etc all going to the match so I can completely agree with you there.
  20. It's not really. Children learn from their peers and family and if that family don't have a support for the club they then won't want to engage. We need to accept our crowds are our crowds. We will always loose out to the ugly sisters when the bus loads leave every weekend down the a9. Unless the club really get active in the community, schools on a regular and sustained basis. This won't change. Adding to that. Now living in Angus and Montrose FC are heavily involved in all the local primary schools in their are to the point every game like has been suggested free tickets have been issued, free Easter eggs for kids at the last home game. Social media advertised well in advance well priced sportsman dinners, family end of season get togethers in the afternoon to allow families to attend and balls. They use social media for everything raffle results, lottery results man of the match presentation bybthe sponsor. After school football clubs rather than just the weekend which as a working parent is cheaper than other childcare and my boys are kept fit healthy. There just isn't this same engagement from ICTFC.
  21. It's because countys fan base is the whole of the North of Scotland and the only big place they can move to for decent j9bs housing education etc is Inverness. We as a town based club have only the city to draw our fans from. Remember ictfc are only 25 years old county were formed how long ago a more established club.
  22. I remember running the length of the pitch to celebrate infront of the Dundee fans at the final whistle.
  23. It says in the small print if we win promotion any season tickets bought before the final will be honoured. I'm assuming then a massive price hike is coming if we win promotion.
