John Robertson
On his budget he has done wonders and they are now starting to pay off. Bar Ayr the teams above us have so much more in regards to resources and finance so yes all credit to robbo and the coaching staff forgetting us into the Scottish cup semi final.

Who's all going to Hampden
After another amazing match in the Scottish cup, we are heading back to Hampden. I really dont care who we draw for the semi final, I'm going down to enjoy the occasion. Although it'll just be like the SFA to give us a 12.30 kick off on the Sunday.

Thanks for replying it's easier just to drive to Dundee I was going to get the train but it's busses to Dundee down the coast from Aberdeen.

Looking at the ticket site about 520 tickets sold for us. I take it none of the busses are coming down the A90 through Angus?

Oakley
Oakley scores against the dons. Who's great idea in January was it to let him go?

How to use the budget wisely?
Is OFW contract not up at the end of the season and should be a huge burden of the balance sheet.

Foundation/Fan Funding
I have to admit having lived in Aberdeen and now Angus for past two years this is similar to the aberDNA idea Aberdeen fc introduced at the start of this season. Over 11000 AFC fans signed up to a 2 year commitment and got certain benefits like season ticket discount, merchandise discount entered into a draw for hospitality chance for juniors to win a mascot package discounts to cup games and they were given different levels they could donate monthly from £10 to I believe £50 a month those on the higher donations were also given a free home shirt. Yes we are smaller, we are not going to get the 100,000 + quid this generates for Aberdeen but it has been ring fenced for the Aberdeen playing budget. If you could ask the fans what they would like the money to be contributing towards, what they would like to get back from the scheme and what level of contributions could be made, then devise a plan and present that to the fan base, hopefully It would invigorate many among the not only regular attendees but folk like myself who live large distances way to help contribute regularly towards the success of the club in the future?

Disgraceful attitude of a tiny minority of ICT fans
Last time I checked it wasn't Sunday school when you go to a match. Folk are trying to turn it Into a father Ted protest. "Down with that sort of thing" "don't do that now". ?

Worrying Low Home Attendances
Football is an entertainment business. If you don't get entertained you don't go back. This is the problem we spent nearly half our existence in the top flight. We got entertained folk turned out to watch the bigger clubs like the old firm, Aberdeen, Hibs, Hearts etc come to the TCS. playing alloa greenock Morton etc on a cold icy windy Saturday afternoon down the TCS doesn't gave the same appeal. Hearts, Hibs and Rangers all lots thousands of attendees to matches when they were in the lower leagues we are no different. The product to be entertained is not there it's as simple as that.

Worrying Low Home Attendances
I remember when we had flybe as a sponsor and I had the opportunity to beat the goalie at half time against another fan. I lost but it made half time enjoyable and gave the folk in the north stand a good laugh at my crap penalty kick. Also maybe adding a roof over the area behind the West stand with some heaters giving folk in the north stand somewhere to go at half time to warm up maybe a good way to go. Get a local business to do the work and maybe a table in hospitality or a free advertising board next season to mitigate the cost.
