The difference is that the naming of those stadia is timebound under a contract but Tulloch Caledonian Stadium is completely owned by Tullochs in one guise or another. Personally I have no issue with that as Tullochs have never failed to support ICT when they needed it. It would only become an issue if ICT outgrew Tullochs and DS, but I am sure that if that were to happen Mr Sutherland would be amenable to rebranding the stadium.

The atmosphere in the North Stand is far better than the Main Stand and the youngsters there are starting to get a lot more support from older fans like myself when they get some songs started. Things are a lot better than they once were but as with any "new" club it is going to take a long time for the crowd to generate an atmosphere to rival long established clubs. I've been getting a lot of stick at work about having a bridge and a castle which isn't helped when I start to sing it on request.

I have Hart, Munro, Fox, McDonald, Brewster (away top) Brewster (training top). And I'm not willing to sell any Keeping a couple for November 5th? Best not ask how you got them.

No Charles, I think it is I who subsidise the price of their pies. :thumb04:

They're all from Dingwall. Speccy 4 eyed tinks. That is all.

Is that the fat cats?

I think you're pissing in the wind, good idea though. We can't afford to broadcast the first team let alone the reserves.

;) some people might not have a gud memory lol, or mayb it was to wind up the killie fans, but doubt it lol I must confess to being at matches where I hadn't a clue what the final score was until being told outside the stadium by some bemused fans. :015: The volume was a bit much at the start, wouldn't have been so bad with a decent PA system but the tone was deafening with that crappy tannoys.

TB/MO need to be told they have money to spend and that won't happen til we're safe.

I believe that you can join the supporters club for ?5 and that'll entitle you to join the bus at a cost of only ?10 (this must be subsidised?) which I would say is great value considering you travel straight there and then back after the game with refreshment stops on the way. The club directors have already shelled out to offer free buses this season so I agree it would be rude to ask for more again.

If you must criticise please put a clear rationale behind it.

The westerly winds are most common and are channeled along the Great Glen. Those who doubt that can easily research it. At the moment there is a 20mph SW wind in Inverness. The Great Glen runs from SW to NE and therefore will go across the pitch side to side. Yes, the wind does change direction which explains the demeaner of some of our austhetically challenged posters. Here are a few illustrations showing the wind speed & direction and also temperatures and pressure from March 08 through to February 09. Wind direction is the bottom chart and the lines across are top to bottom North, West, South, East and then again North. During a visit to the Hospital, I asked the Director, "How do you determine whether or not a patient should be sectioned?" "Well," said the Doctor, "we fill up a bathtub, then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to empty the bathtub." "Oh, I understand," I said. "A sane person would use the bucket because it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup." "No." said the Doctor, "A sane person would pull the plug. Do you want a bed next to Johndo?"

Immediately suspended until the First Team has played their next game from the scheduled matches? So it appears that he will in fact miss the Killie game then.
-
The wind usually comes up the glen so would blow directly into the main stand and not really affect the preference of which direction they are playing although it could help both teams at crossing into the box.

Brazil won World Cups with it and it has also been used successfully by Santos and Palmeiras. The Hungarians were also big on it too. It's pretty simple really, strong defence + strong attack = success. That's where the system is fundamentally flawed for us - strong attack? Where are they coming from?

This forum is becoming increasingly intriguing from a psychological perspective. Many individuals appear to be trying to uphold a sense of optimism - possibly over - optimism in some quarters. Bickering and petty feuding is becoming a common place occurence. Name calling is at an all time high ? From a lot of posters yes that is true Are we trying to compensate for the fear that we may not actually survive. Are we projecting our anxieties on to others ? Are we stressed out and showing vulnerability ? Any form of criticism or wit is being scorned upon - is that again a form of denial, projection, intellectualisation, displacement or rationalisation ? It's called unity Some posters are displaying pathological defensive mechanisms and others immature and neurotic - the stabler posters - like ma good self - are displaying mature defense mechanisms. Arsenal! Lets face it - this has been the worst season EVER - we are deep in the doodoo - we are on the brink of relegation - we have a manager trying to scrape everything out of an inherited squad - we have a team playing without a recognised striker - we have a team collected in a frantic / panicky January transfer window - we have a team lacking in togetherness and match fitness - we have a team that has been damaged by the management prior to the Butcher appointment. Since his appointment, we have a team grinding out results. I am feckin really worried - Relegation is a real threat - it is a distinct possibility - I BELIEVE - but that belief is significantly more tenuous than it was in the first season - at the moment I am praying and hoping - I aint convinced. This could go to the wire. True, but this is more exciting than mid-table every year though I'd prefer not getting excited so much. If any of yas disagree with that you are fooling yerselves. I have never heard anything more narcissistic in my puff. So what can we do ? If ya criticise put a clear rationale behind it. But lets do all of that after 90 minutes and after the last ball has been kicked. We have a weakened squad who are probably doing their uptmost even though some of them may not be up to the standard required. Committment and fight may overcome the odds. Is this the postivity you spoke about earlier? God bless ya Terry Butcher - our life is in your hands - and that is good enuff fer me. Our life? FFS it's much more important than that ya mug. Oh and yeah, god bless you Terry & Maurice.
