Now that they've had a couple of months at the helm there are quite a few posters questioning their ability and putting the responsibility for our destiny firmly on their shoulders. Personally I think this is a bit unfair as they have inheritted a demotivated, depleted SPL squad firmly rooted at the foot of the table. What they have acieved thus far is to re-instill the hope that many of us had lost. Were Brewster still at the helm at this point, I doubt that we'd have any hope at all of surviving but we are not down yet. There are 8 games to go and if we can win half of them we'll be hosting the SPL again next season. We have 4 home games at least to go and the generous offer of cheap tickets to attend those matches. Let's get behind the team no matter what happened the previous game and shout and sing for the team to exceed the expectations of all the pundits again.

It never ceases to amaze me how some folk can register and login to get onto this forum but haven't quite managed to master the concept that there other areas on the website (or the World Wide Web for that matter). Put your mouse over "Team Info" on the blue bar at the top of the page, this will drop a menu down. Then move your mouse down to "League Table" and push down the left button on your mouse. This will open another web page from this site showing a table of the current league positions of all the teams in the SPL and games played, won, drawn, lost, goals for, goals aginst and points accrued for the current league campaign. 49-29=20 ICT 40-32=8 FFS FFC So yes 12 goals difference. St Mirren and Kilmarnock will also be in the mix come the split and possibly Hamilton too. Forgive me if my post appears in any way to be sarcastic as this is purely intentional. They are six pointers in the respect that if we win them we drag those teams into the mire before the split. It's going to be an exciting conclusion to the league campaign but I hope Butcher's "win ugly" philosophy is fruitful. I fear the worst but it's in the team's hands. -

Our club don't have money to start with so need the income. SPL Prices are set by the SPL clubs so they are in line with each other. Stop greetin' ya bam. Anyway you misread it, hamburgers at the quarter final are ?5 and ?1 for chips.

I've got a theory, in the London area there are so many cars on the motorways that the police can't possibly target all those guilty of speeding so they rotate their attentions from day to day. On monday it may be white cars, tuesday it's blue cars and so on. We all know that the police frequented the masonic clubs the length and breadth of the country and it is pheasable that one of them met a referee at some point and shared their strategy. The referee may also have shared this with his peers and we now have days where the green team gets targetted, or the blue team, black etc.. We need to get hold of the colour chart for the rest of the season or borrow Mortons tartan strip.

I saw them at the Apollo when they released that. Stood on the back of the seat leaning against the wall just to see them because we were right at the back of the upper circle. When the canon fired we were thrown off the seats because of the force of the soundwave. Enjoy.

I watched Barca beat Malaga 6 - 0 on Sunday at the Nou Camp and I swear the crowd were just like the centre of the North Stand .............but on a bigger scale. :thumb04: -
The best XI changes more often than my telly. At least by playing the same team regularly there's a chance that most of them will have a good shift eventually.

I'd like to point out that this was the same referee who gave us an injury time penalty against Rangers at Ibrox so there is no central belt conspiracy. We were pants, end of story.

If your experiences are losing you are going to play expecting to lose and will lose, time for new blood in the team. Duff and Vigurs would breath new life into the team and rest a couple of players who need to have a look at themselves. -
Simple psychology, they were playing the team at the bottom so thought they could coast it and learnt a valuable if costly lesson. Butcher and Malpas need to shoulder some of the blame for letting them get complacent against a very physical side. Onwards and upwards from here methinks.
