If it was discussed in the public domain that you weren't very good at your previous job would you not like the chance to have your own input to the discussion? 5th stand, that response was to Scotty's suggestion that "Mr Brewster, Malky or any other person from the current management system" for whom ICT is certainly their professional business, could, if they wished, come on here and put forward a case,i just dont agree that a public forum is the correct vehicle to do this. You are right to feel let down IHE, along with the majority on here. As for your love for ICT waning, I fully understand. We've watched ICT grow like a child, from the merger to promotion to 2nd Division, Giant killing cup games to SPL. When a child starts to make their own choices, you know they'll get hurt and all you can do is look on as they hurt themselves. With a child all they need is to be picked up and comforted but with a football club it's going take a lot of picking up. Brewster is throwing our child out with the laundry.

Robbo came on here because there were comments made about his fitness regime and other aspects of his tenure at ICT and other clubs and he wanted to give us the fans a chance to ask questions and get the answers "straight from the horses mouth". Far from "touting his wares" as you put it he stated his case regards the current incumbent at ICT, which is that the job is taken so no point thinking about it (my interpretation of his words). Get off his back or he won't be back. I think Robbo the ICT fan would be an excellent addition to this forum, not only for his experience in the game but because of his history with the club and passion for ICT.

You are implying Robbo is after Brewsters job, please move this to the rumour mill where we can discuss this til our heart's content. For now Brews job is safe and Robbo has stated he has no interest in any position that is not vacant. Whilst I understand the point you are making, at the moment there's no connection between ICT and Robbo or Sally as he likes to be called on his days off. So the communication is between fans, the fact he is an ex-manager doesn't stop him from being a fan.

If there is anything illegal going on then it's not down to us to challenge it but SPL, SFA & Procurator Fiscal. For the avoidance of doubt, nobody is suggesting any illegality going on and any posts to that effect will immediately be deleted and apprpriate action taken. Sorry if that's my fault but juristic to me implies wrongdoing, maybe I misunderstood.

So it's just the teams fault we're not getting results, is it? The future is SFL1 under Brewster. There are many good managers in the scottish game who have worked their way through several teams before getting a top job. I'm not saying ICT is a top job but we are in the SPL and so should have a more savvy manager at the helm. I don't think it's really the football that Brew has a problem but with people, he needs more time to develop as a leader and it's time we can't afford to give him.

So would the 10 teams currently in the SFL not needed in 2 x 16 structure fall into regional leagues? Genuinely curious on your thoughts. How would relegation from the 1st work if all teams are from west of scotland? Where would they play? I think there's a lot more planning to be done before we'll see any changes.

It's the trend our results are following that is getting to most fans. Following a small team in a big league is a rollercoaster ride but you need more peaks than we've had of late to maintain the momentum to get out of the troughs. Brewster is a good prospect, there is no doubt about that but he should not be learning his trade in the SPL and next season he may not be ( :thumb04: ). ;) "Slightly extreme" an appropriate oxymoron for an inappropriate poxy moron of a manager. :018:
