The Pro Brewster Thread
It's the trend our results are following that is getting to most fans. Following a small team in a big league is a rollercoaster ride but you need more peaks than we've had of late to maintain the momentum to get out of the troughs. Brewster is a good prospect, there is no doubt about that but he should not be learning his trade in the SPL and next season he may not be ( :thumb04: ). ;) "Slightly extreme" an appropriate oxymoron for an inappropriate poxy moron of a manager. :018:

Elgin to Replay Spartans
They should have called the game off if they had no keeper, how would Spartans have felt then?

Elgin to Replay Spartans
Under the circumstances, I feel for Elgin. Hope they stick it right up Spartans again.

Unfortunately ICT would be down by up to ?20000 which is a lot of money, we wan't to get the boards attention without hurting the club.

Many a true word spoken in jest...
I thought it was, in a kind of masochistic way.

Courier Article
"Caley Thistle director of football Graeme Bennett understood frustration among supporters but stressed the club wanted to win every game. He plans to continue contract discussions with Michael Fraser and Ian Black this week, adding Brewster's contract, which is due to expire in August next year, was being looked at by the board." Is it just me or does that sound different to him being offered an extension?

Why not? He's a much more experienced player than Grassa ever was, has ICT in his heart and is far more personable. Being an experienced player does not make you a coach or a Director of Football! Has any of these people shouting for Barry Wilson to get a coaching roll ever seen him coach? :thumb04: THe BoD gave Brewster a managerial role and they HAD seen him in that role.

I was thinking Scottish media as opposed to local radio and a bi-weekly.

maybe those wanting a protest could go to a Clach game instead of the longman one weekend. that would make a statement and help clach financially at the same time. Attendances have been dropping off already this seaon and the board has done what to stem it? I was thinking of something which would get our plight into the media and hopefully force the boards hands as it were.

Why don't we all wear something we wouldn't normally to the games for te next few weeks. How about a silly red hat with white trim and we can tell the club to interpret it as a "Brewster get tae fijck" hat. Maybe not eh? But my feeling is that the vast majority of fans want to let the club know how they feel and a protest outside TCS is probably a no go (feckin freezing out there) so how about putting our heads together to come up with a publicity stunt at TCS to make the media comment and force the board to comment either way, for the fans or against the fans? :thumb04:

The Supporters Trust have a responsibility to ask questions of the board, otherwise their existence is pointless. The board have a financial and moral responsibility to share holders and stakeholders to do their best for the club. If they are not doing this then questions must be asked. If necessary an EGM should be called to discuss the plight of our Club. Does the Board have a contingency plan for winning the First Division "When" we are relegated or are they resigned to conform to the central belt bias that we are not good enough?

The difference is that Brewster inheritted an excellent team and is destroying it before our very eyes and playing the team in bizarre positions and formats. Alienating our best talent and running rough shod over the rest. I'm the boss do what I say or you're out. 5H1T manager and deffo not a leader. Get him to FLICK out of ICT so he can't inflict any more damage.
