ICT -V- QOS : matchnight thread
YES a great night all round with us winning and the other results going our way. Lets keep it going no silly mistakes on sat allowed. It was getting nervous at 2-1 after sat but no repeat thank goodness. Heard Billy Dodds on radio on way home bleating that only Dundee would be happy at the results but Im perfectly happy thank you very much, However can we get an announcer who actually knows who our players are? Good to see us beat one of the top teams so well lets carry this on hopefully. The rollercoaster continues .......

Kenny Cameron
Think this is a step in the right direction as the man himself says everything works better if everyone works together. Dont expect lots to change overnight but hopefully this is the start of things looking up in the communication and trust departments.

County game on 20th march
Have bumped this topic back up. Does anyone know if tickets are on sale? On our website cant find any sign and on theirs can only find home end tickets. Help.

Dundee Photos
Some great photos from sat on Caleyjags.com. Shows the highs and lows of the day me thinks.

Stadium ownership
I dont think folk have forgotten Krishima but at the moment are concerned with the team being at a critical time in our season. Getting points on board and staying in the promotion race is the most important thing concerning our club at the present time.

Catering issues at ICT [official]
ISSUE - Counters staffed by very young staff with little supervision or customer service skills. Including the time it takes to serve each customer and lack of a smile or manners. Already posted what happened to a young boy who paid for his pie at Partick game and did not receive it or an apology. ISSUE - Quality of produce on offer. They run out of items early especially the vegetarian option (macaroni pie). Water often lukewarm for hot drinks. ISSUE - Prices high for the merchandise offered. I personally would be willing to pay these prices for a decent coffee or pie for instance. ISSUE - Not opening the counter at the Bridge side last home game which made the queues under the main stand even longer. ISSUE - no room to swing a cat under the main stand at busy times due to queues. IDEA - Use local butchers for the pies etc. Buy an old fashioned tea urn for hot water for the hot drinks. IDEA - Make sure there is a responsible adult supervising the young staff (as there was when Linleys started) IDEA - pie runners or similar to keep the queues shorter IDEA - really glad Darren is listening re this but maybe someone in authority could come down and see the problems for themselves and speak to the fans affected. Not everyone comes on cto. I know I was one that moaned about the old crowd but honestly it was much better. At least they could raise a smile, worked quickly and the food was better.

Dundee -V- ICT : Matchday Thread
You forgot to mention glasses Ian. If I didn't know better I would think you are picking on me and before anyone else mentions it, my mouth is also dentally challenged So in summary, if you seen a large, balding, 1/10 in the looks dept, who is blind and toothless, with his own pies and married to a e****sh woman, yes Guilty as charged. But on the bright side... the pies were nice DD I think I may have been in front of you too. i was with my friend her daughter and my two boys. Was your wife taking pictures and getting dirty looks from the lady steward? Will say hullo next time. Anyhow back on topic. Still feel deflated at this result but I suppose I would of settled for a point before the game. Unfortunately everyone else around us had good results and what a missed opportunity to win 3 good points. Never felt comfortable at 2-0 certainly not "easy easy" but was disappointed at the team's lack of confidence after Kerr scored. In the last 10 minutes balls were getting booted any old place. Lots of tired players left the field on sat - esp Bully who looked like he couldnt walk anymore - so a bit worried about tomorrow. On the plus side great support for the team. Dont think Mr Foran can have any complaints this week! Enjoyed the crack on the train too. Harry Chibber spot on with player reviews.

Who ate all the pies?
sorry Don. Have to say that on Saturday I was wishing the old lot were back. Really we're paying more for worse service. At the Partick game my sons friend paid for a pie. The young girl serving told him it would be a minute so he moved over in the queue slightly. After 5 mins no pie. When he asked her again she refused to believe he had paid for a pie and wouldnt give him his pie. I too was supportive of the new crowd. Despite the price increases I thought it would be worth it for better service. What folk want is quck service so not to miss a lot of the game. Have given it a fair go now and very disappointed. As stated earlier have really considered complaining to the club as its just not good enough especially after the fanfare this lot were given. Maybe its just me. If others are happy feel free to disagree.

The Boo Boys at it again were they?
Plenty of that mob on saturday. There were more folk watching from the gate end that sitting in the north stand when Adam Rooney took the penalty.
-
Who ate all the pies?
Have to agree it was dead slow stop actually was going to complain to the club about it but havent got round to it yet. Only wanted a coffee and gave up in the end - got that from the burger van eventually service seemed to be much quicker. Even the stewards were moaning about the queue at the usual bit. West stand not open either. At the last few matches the hatches seemed be supervised but not last saturday at all.

email Bryan and ask him 101. The address is on the back of the programme or pm me.

The Boo Boys at it again were they?
Didnt hear any boos myself except at the ref however, heard many frustrated folks. Have to agree that the atmosphere at away games is much more positive and the support seem less likely to get on the players backs. The away games are just more enjoyable to watch for some reason. Maybe the "critical" element only attend home games?Dont know really.

Matchday Programme
forgot to add that Bryan also organises the selling of the programme on match day also. Scotty your last sentence in para 1 of above post is spot on I can confirm.
