The tannoy isnt great but I think this announcer is fine. Ive read very few complaints about him on here. In fact compared to some weve had hes fantastic!

Have the HL agreed to this? I will be very surprised if they have. At the time of the merger Norman Millar approached the HL to ask about keeping a team in the HL and the reply was a resounding No!!

Havent a clue re first bit but Robbo is on record as saying if hes still here at end of July hes staying? As for the team I think its wayyyy too early for any predictions. As so many have come in we have to give it time to gel. Last time we got relegated it took time to adjust and Im anticipating the same this time. Tbh my hopes are for a top 4 place to get us in playoffs and anything more will be a bonus.

Susan could feature at Stirling. Inverness opened their Group A, Betfred Cup, account with a comfortable win over Brechin City on Saturday. Gary Warren notched a couple and new striker George Oakley opened his own personal account with a header. One swallow does not a summer make but how good did that feel? Next up a wee Tuesday night jaunt to Stirling to battle with the Binos. John Robertson has said that three wins should be enough to progress so it would be great to meet Falkirk on Saturday sitting with two. Tonight should also see the much anticipated debut of Feliciano Zschusschen, apparently to be known as Susan…. He has a very impressive showreel so hopes are high that the goals this season could be plentiful. Mark Ridgers was very quiet on Saturday and will be hoping for more of the same. I expect the team to line up pretty much as Saturday and my guess is that Oakley will be sacrificed to allow Susan to show us what he can do. The Binos finished mid-table last season in League Two with 47 points, just 5 points short of a play-off slot.
