  1. Aye we spoke to them eaflier in week and ict fans welcome. Have a beer garden so child friendly. How far from Hampden when we come off bus do you know? Another option suggested was the Florida Park Bar. Don't have any info on it tho
  2. Spot on! At least someone else on here sees sense to the real problem. I sadly wont be going. Desperately want to go, but knew as soon as Sky waded in that i couldnt go due to the following... 1) speaking at church in the evening 2) time of kick off 3) ticket prices 4) lack of travel options I wouldnt be surprised if for most people (2,3,4) is the main reasons why they can't come down. Look at the stupid issue Rangers and Hearts fans are facing because of the ineptitude of SPFL and Sky sports. Sky and the authorities are killing the game in Scotland! Have to agree with others comments re ticket prices. I think £15 for an adult for a national cup final is really reasonable? Not sure what other travel options could have been arranged either tbh A special train wasn't possible this time and tbh it doesn't look like the demand was there either? Not going to a Sunday game is a perfectly reasonable choice by yourself but not sure a 3pm Sunday would have suited you either tbh.
  3. I really can't see the PT formation getting another airing tbh. At least he knows that didn't work?
  4. I think in the case of Lizis post above fans do have the right to comment. As she says the response of the first aiders that day at Aberdeen was woeful. Everyone in our crowd was screaming at them to hurry up and they continued to saunter up the stand steps slowly. I'm sorry the response that day was undefendable imho. I'm surprised that clubs don't have to employ qualified paramedics on matchdays tbh. There was an emergency ambulance at the North stand as on all big match days but guess that's for spectators?
  5. Not there either but Celtic feed showing 3-0 now to them
  6. Just to clarify they are Red Cross not paramedics
  7. Hoban, and he plays sometimes in the Dev league. About 17 I think?
  8. These are indeed our confirmed top-six opponents. Good call! The fixtures must surely be announced soon? Well done! Will be amazed if Celtic are made to come back North tho....
  9. While that was miles better than the Partick game (no three centre backs again please) the crowd was pretty subd True.
  10. All you guys who think Sat was flat were obviously not at Partick! That was a lot better honestly! I think Dundee came up determined not to lose? The last few games have been v stuffy teams who have tried to stop us playing and it will be good to get back to playing teams who also want to play football. ie Dons and Celtic. Not too despondant with the league table personally. A small squad like ours will always have a bit of inconsitency this time in the season. Agree with the Watkins comments tho. He needs to go back to his own role. The experiment has run its course imho.
  11. I'm not sure of the road name sorry but it's quite near Ibrox. Park Bar is on Argyle Street. Near Kelvingrove St. Towards the west end from the city centre. Not near Ibrox at all lol! Oops!!!!
  12. I'm not sure of the road name sorry but it's quite near Ibrox.
  13. Cork would be great imo. Lovely city and fairly easy to get to
  14. Info re ticket sales now on ICTFC.com
  15. tnx for the info. Ive noted it. Not sure there will be much time given the very early start but I will bring it up at the CJT board meeting tomorrow. Nice and local to Hampden tho....
  16. Went to see Scotland play last night and was getting goosebumps at the thought of returning in 3 weeks time to see us there. For all its faults as a stadium it really has a special feel to it. Cant wait now!
  17. I tend to agree from a sporting merit point of view but, from a practical perspective, the extra revenue generated from the match against Celtic taking place in Glasgow means that our club which would, without the odd windfall, trade at a loss, is likely to break even again, or perhaps even turn a very modest profit, for the financial year. Given that we all want full time football and a healthy club, the odd sporting injustice is a price we have to pay. Agreed and it also allows all fans, from either side (whether regular attenders or not), can attend instead of fighting for tickets. I would imagine a smaller venue like St J would mean higher ticket prices?
  18. Agree totally. Players want to play at Hampden and they've earned the right. Helping with planning transport at the moment and hoping as many attend as possible.
  19. Just the one early on I think?
  20. That was horrible today! Seriously hate us playing at Firhill!
  21. Go on DD ask them.....lol
  22. tbh (and this is a personal opinion not that of CJT) I cant see it. Also remember it would be much more expensive than last time as we will not have a subsidy as we had for the final. There will be buses. Details to be finalised.
  23. You forgot the tongue in cheek symbol? Well I hope you did?
  24. A very young squad this year it seems. A lot of the lads played for the u17 squad last season.
  25. Don't think its been allocated a date yet
