  1. Ignoring and ostracising someone returning from injury not just someone unhappy at being left out. As Kingsmills says some on here alpear to excuse Yogi anything. Football is a job like any other at the end of the day and normal workplace rules apply regardless of managers like Fergie etc....

  10. He blanked him during a function but had been blanking him for months according to said player. Ok Ive only his word for it but didnt see any evidence to disbelieve him. So yeh I think that could be construed as work place bullying yeh??? Anyway this is now out of context from my original full post so Im leaving this here.

  12. Spot on DD. The evidence is not there that Yogi would have had the ability to recruit wisely even if a bigger budget had become available. He was a decent coach but his recruitment strategy was never as good as Terry Butchers. His time was simply up. I saw his man management at first hand when he totally blanked a player at my table at sponsors night. That was in front of everyone and it then transpired that he hsd not spoken to said player in months!! I will forever be grateful for the glory days under Hughes but he knows that he also was lucky in landing our job with such a talented bunch of players. As for the board well they were never going to give into his ever increasing demands and thats even if we had the ability to borrow money which I doubt. If they are at fault there is maybe an argument that was in not withdrawing the offer of an extended deal when he started playing games in the press before finally signing it. This is of course only my opinion and others are entitled to theirs.

  16. I put losing to hearts however, Hamilton comes pretty close. Both were grim and actually Hearts was the first time Ive ever left an away game early. Was a very very painful watch.

  20. The media team are vounteers and I think the players etc would have had a day off on wednesday
  21. I think everyone was a bit wound up on tuesday. The guys that work for the media team are fans as well and Im sure were hurting just as much as everyone else. Anyway its all sorted now so lets move on.
  22. Top 6.....seriously Richie forget about the top 6 just now. Lets aim for 10th and take it from there!
  23. Im actually feeling a bit more upbeat today and believe we can turn this around. Richie has now joined the rest of us in realising we are in a fight. No more top 6 mentions. Lets hope everyone can pick themselves up, roll up their sleeves and work hard to get us out of this mess!

  25. The players are definately not blameless here. He is correct. Its not all his fault but have to say his tactics tonight were clueless!
