The press release was October last year I can assure you he is no longer at Grimsby nor at Bolton but doesn't really matter as it appears JH has access to a better regime so time will tell. Marsella left us of his own free will?
-
WELL IT ISNT WORKING IF THE QUALITY THEY HAVE SOURCED ARE HORNER AND IBRA AND DONT SAY WE DIDNT NEED PLAYERS BECAUSE OF OUR CURRENT SQUAD IT IS NOT SO LONG AGO FANS WERE SUGGESTING BILLY HAD SHOT HIS BOLT AND WE NEEDED A NEW FORWARD -THIS SCOUTING REGIME COMES UP WITH IBRA!!!PERSONALLY PREFERRED THE GUYS MARSELLA TOOK TO THE CLUB He didn't bring them in. Rene is right. Players were recommended and he would go and watch them. If he thought they were any good he recommended them to TB. I've heard Yogi at a fans event state that he would never sign a player he hadn't personally seen himself! Also the previous management brought in some duds as well as great players remember. Btw typing in capitals is shouting!

Disgusting ICT 'fan' behaviour at Hamilton

Last word on CTO for a while I think but do wish to add that my views on here or any other site for that matter are my personal views nothing to do with my CJT involvement. -

Hold on, surely the OP is fully entitled to their view on the subject and others are entitled to their own and disagree? Not sure what you men by 'turn the tables' or 'mob rule' The mob rule I see on the thread seems to be trial by forum where people are suggesting photos and or videos of people who presumably have not given their permission to be posted here. In all seriousness I was just in front of the person(s) being discussed and while the comments directed at Imrie were particularly vociferous and frequent, it's nothing I haven't heard directed at him before. The people who I believe were upset were possibly 3/4 rows in front of me and although it was busier than normal there was still seats near the front that they could have moved to imo. I sometimes take my 3 year old to games and when she's with me I stay a fair distance from the 'singing section' when I don't have her, which is majority of the time I like to be closer by, while not directly in among it. Perhaps we should have a poll on here to clarify what language is OK, what context it is OK to say in and what frequency of language is OK, I said the same to my Twitter cronies. The weird animal noises did irritate the hell out of me though. At least the OP was there unlike an awful lot of folk voicing opinions without seeing it for themselves? However as this is a forum I thought the point was that folk could voice their opinions? Which means we all can have our say? Taking a step back now tbh. Back to my Twitter cronies where folk can be grown up and disagree. -

I've always taken my boys, now teenagers. I stood on the Howden End from age 11 but always knew what was right from wrong. I'm sorry but are folk so nieve to think there will be no bad language at a football match? Would have fathered they complained at time tho rather than leave. Maybe a bit of acceptance re the swearing on one hand and a bit of toning it down on the other? -

Tbf tho if you read Murchisons post further downt that's not what he is saying?Assuming he's the son of the OP? -
Noooo...the award is a curse, give it Aberdeen or Dundee Utd Getting the MoTM award for January...and then carrying on in the same manner, must be the ultimate indicator of a good manager! A good win against a side desperate to get back to winning ways...hats off to Yogi for using plan B in the second half, it sounded a bit of a struggle in the first half. Another golden double for me this weekend with my other side winning away from home as well With Gringo on this one. Please please give it to someone else.....

Is it a family event tho and does it actually say that? Today was no better no worse than normal Caley away days tbh. -

Hang on a minute I don't think we should go accusing anyone here? However you do have a point that on away days everyone young old and in between is together and this is more of an issue? Also more alcohol on away days. Was standing near the lads. Didn't bother me tbh. The Imrie chants have been going on for years. Not saying I like it but I find it hard to believe that any ICT fan is surprised by them? -
There were a lot worse performers than Liam Polworth! Seem's a bit unfair to single out any one player when there were so many disappointing performances. Didn't mean to single him out tbh just know he can play so much better than this? Was knocking on first team door or in it earlier in season and now seems to have faded away? I will admit to being a bit concerned for his future giving that he's out of contract at the end of the season?
-
I was there for 75 minutes. Nothing much between the teams but we didn't create much tbh. Christie was playing in a very deep position and This wasn't one of poor Polworths better days. A bit of trivia for anyone old enough to remember Wilson Robertson. His son was playing number 3 for Dons.

According to Dundee United, the under soil heating has been on since Thursday morning. As way of appeasement, they've announced that the re-arranged game will be a straight £5 admission for all - but again, that's of little consolation at the moment! At least they are trying to make amends.....Fair play to them!

Not sure the fans on their way back will agree.......

PAY WHAT YOU WANT - ST JOHNSTONE 20TH JANUARY

Although obviously they don't have to I would expect some season ticket holders to take part in this? Just an extra way of helping the club in a small way? -

Money tight in January so worth a go? Club asking fans to help spread the word. Tickets can be bought in advance or pay on the night.... -
Matchday Thread Inverness CT -V- St Mirren
old caley girl replied to Scotty's topic in Caley Thistle
I do despair at times listening to some of our fans and their 'expectations' they have of the lads. We're currently sitting fifth in the table and are within touching distance of our rivals whilst still producing some of the best football we've ever played as a team. Sure today was pretty grim viewing from an attacking sense but defensively the team looked resolute and solid throughout, with Raven producing yet another fantastic performance as you mention. However, the return of Nick Ross to the starting XI was a pleasing surprise and in my opinion he should have been awarded man of the match for his constant energy and willingness to drive forward with the ball on a day when our midfield was mostly static and devoid of an attacking threat further emphasising the importance of Marley Watkins to the side. Being in the North Stand I can't comment fully on the manager today but your comment does sound highly petty. I'd never been his biggest admirer, but he's answered his critics time and time again and won over much of the support for his clear enthusiasm and his style of play which has bare fruit countless times this season; which funnily enough is far more attractive than his predecessors 'kick and chase' tactics. John Hughes went to watch from the stand for a while according to the radio. I didn't notice from the north stand either tbh. TB used to do this all the time don't remember him getting any flack for it? Quite happy personally with a scrapy win. It's 3 points that counts! -
I stand corrected. It's a bit of an ethical dilemma should footballers who commit a serious crime be treated differently to say a plumber? I don't know really...

I'm not sure how I feel about Ched Evans tbh. Doubt I'd want him to play for us tbh but I'm uncomfortable that he's served his time but the media and now the Government don't seem to want him to resume his life and earn a living.....
