  1. Thats a great post. I do not want to see any more former players playing against us and doing well. You're right we should have them shot
  2. Possibly, if he get's the right players in. IMHO we have been struggling since Dods left us and without a decent centre half we have been leaking goals... I think any manager would be having trouble with the defence we have at the moment Put it this way if Brew doesn't sign a centre half as priority in this transfer window then I will admit he hasn't got a clue but I honetly believe the majority of our problems will be solved with a decent centre half I also don't think there are many other options available as a replacement, and taking into consideration the amount of money we will have to spunk out to get rid of Brew and then maybe pay compensation to another club for their manager then we would probably lose our transfer kitty.... and try attracting a manager up north when he knows he'll have no money to spend It may just be out of necessity at the moment but I hope for all our sakes Brew gets things turned around Levein criticising Billy Reid's tactics
  3. I actually wonder if he's been given a final chance, with a specified number of points required from the next game(s) for him to keep his job. I think that's likely...
  4. I think he was attempting s-a-r-c-a-s-m
  5. You should have been working for McCain!!!
  6. Calderwood in the record. "I don't like the guys but he's got a point"
  7. Whatever happens at least we know there are new players joining the squad in January... I for one am looking forward to a busy transfer window and some new faces
  8. well done to the club for making cash available but all they have really accomplished is upping the value of any targets we have in the transfer window
  9. In any arguement I've put across a balanced opinion and just because I wont join you're hate campaign doesn't mean I'm any happier with the position we're in at the moment
  10. Seems to me Brew has got his tactics backwards for home and away games the majority of managers use the tried and tested method of playing 2 forwards at home to take the initiative against an opposing team and then when playing away use 1 upfront to consolidate midfield and catch teams on the break Brew is being too clever for his own good IMO by trying to counter the other manager's counter tactics... instead it has become obvious to every other team in the SPL that we will sit back at home and with our defence being as poor as it is at the moment it seems mad to invite teams onto us. IMO a lot of our problems will be solved one we find a decent centre half but at the moment my advice to Brew would be keep it simple. Lets get the team back to a familiar formation and do what we do best... out work other teams We need to play every game like a cup final until we get out of this position so it is down to the Brew to have some faith in the players and let us get at teams
  11. Think I'll make a guest appearance to give the team as much support as possible...... we clearly need it
  12. 3-0 f*ck sake
  13. do you hope we lose today as well?
  14. and that makes you happy does it??
  15. or he was a player putting on a show against his former club.....
  16. name a legitemet candidate then????
  17. 1st of all CC got as much abuse??????? I think not. He had his critics sure but the distain most have for Brew is 10 times that of CC at his worst. 2nd The fans wouldnt be responsible. The manager has taken us into the precarious position. Blackburn reacted befoe things could get too out of hand. WE must do the same. And the way to let everyone know this is getting our voices heard. go on then... who would be our allerdyce?? we dont need an allerdyce we need a competent manager end off which would be????

  20. nothing worse than a ****** who holds a grudge (some people might say)
  21. Do you mean "wind-up merchant" as in someone showing some reason in his arguement rather before joining the lynch mob?? Sorry if I'm spoiling your moment Caley D
  22. Sergi was pish, Christie got just as much abuse from this forum when he was in charge but I'm not convinced that Brew is the man for the job, I just think getting rid of him at this point will do more harm than good. We are yet to have a manager since we reached the SPL that has lasted more than a season and a half... I would like to see how he gets on in the transfer market before pushing the panic button.... I've been bemused by his tactics on a few occasions but I DO think he has a good eye for a player, he was an intelligent player on the park he just needs to show that same intelligence off it
  23. Prozac??
  24. do you want to be responsible for getting us relegated at the end of the season? what if it comes to the end of the season and we are only a point a drift... the team needs all the help it can get at the moment and protesting at the game can only bring a negative effect on the team
  25. protest by not turning up, that is the only way the board will be influenced If you are planning on shouting abuse during the game then you will likely distract the players and lose us the game. Trust me we will need these 3 points come the end of the season if you do all care about the club as much as you are all insinuating then encourage the team as much as possible and IF 5hit does hit the fan then protest to your hearts content
