MERGED: Tonights International / GOAL !!!
delighted for Niculae, as tm4tj says get him the right service and there she blows wonder if Brew was at the game :024: Good result for Burley all things considered with the dropouts/fannies. I wish that Fletcher got played in his natural position think he is a player in the making will we go ahead of England in the rankings now we drew with the team beat them last and we were the last team to beat France? Doubt it

Kilmarnock -V- ICT : matchday thread
yeh I was about to say Jaggy666, I think you summed up exactly how I'm feeling at the moment even when we scored I knew we were going to lose this game... iwhen the fans start to lose interest surely it's then that the board have to take note

Who should replace Brewster?
Billy Reid and get him to bring Offiong and McCarthy with him
-
Kilmarnock -V- ICT : matchday thread
4-1 is simply not acceptable especially to a team below us this may seem like a knee jerk reaction but everyone has already had a taste of Brewster and were bored then, i'm just gutted we have to waist money getting rid of him again I hope to god he wasn't signed on more than a 1 year contract, if he was it shows extreme niavety by the board

We Need A New Manager For Next Season
when it is then I'd prefer we do something now so a new manager can have his team sorted for next season it's not rocket science, whoever we get in needs to spend all the cash available on a nippy striker... i.e. Offiong

no fight Killie who are almost playing without a recognised striker have managed to score 3 goals, we are officially struggling thank god for Gretna

We Need A New Manager For Next Season
yes if, and that's a big if, we we were going to appoint another manager Billy Reid would get my vote

Dennis Wyness
about now I'd say doesn't mean he can't be used in the squad though Wyness has been excellent for us, and if he was dropped in behind 2 strikers I still think he would turn out more great performances in an ICT shirt, but the fact of the matter is that Brew is too 1 dimensional to try anything different and so in his eyes if he can't play striker postition and score goals then he should be replaced by someone who can. In a way you can't argue with that at the end of the day he is employed for that role Brewster is just an absolute muppet in the way he has gone about this, reminds me of when he left 1st time round talking about loyalty a week before and then fecking off to United. We desperately need a striker with pace and Brew has to move people around to get the money to afford one, I'd have loved to see Wyness stay at the club until his dying day but Brewster had to sacrafice someone and he has obviously chosen Wyness he has just gone about it in a completely retarded way Wyness for manager that's my shout!! :023:

Would relegation be such a bad thing??
First of all I feel like a hypocrite writing something like this because I haven't been to a game since we got beat 3-0 a Easter road, mainly due to having more commitments but to be honest for the first time, well ever really, I can't be arsed spending +?20 to watch 11 prima donnas run about just to collect their fat wage packet at the end of the week. There seems to be no passion, no ambition to push the club on to the next level. As soon as relegation wasn't likely the team stopped giving a cr@p and it's hard to blame them when they really have no chance of winning anything. Since we got into the SPL the only time I have seen a player give 100% is when they come up against the old filth and that is usually motivated by the TV cameras or the chance that the OF might snap them up... nevermind the +4k fans that have paid the admission fee. Obviously relegation isn't a reality thanks to Gretna imploding and IMO getting exactly what they deserve... but that's another topic... anyway...... It's been an incredible 13+ years, watching ICT work our way up the divisions the proper/honest way (unlike Gretna, Livi etc.), paying reasonable wages to honest players and competing for titles/promotion and cups. It seems, to me anyway, that after putting in all the hard work from the board to the pitch now we finally made it to the SPL that the cherry tastes bitter rather than sweet... we are really playing for our survival every season and because we are concentrating on preserving our SPL status we haven't had a decent cup run in god knows how long. Our players are never out the papers with contract 'issues' and as soon as we go on a bad run of form the manager is slaughtered by our fans. The other week I went along with a work colleague, massive Dundee fan, to watch the Dees take on Stirling Albion and apart from it turning into a goal feast I was jealous of the lower division football. I miss competing with teams that are on a similar level at the start of the season, almost every team playing to win each match with everything to play for, ridiculous +5 score lines, cheaper tickets, better crack, younger players getting their chance to shine and when a gem comes along getting maybe 2 seasons of his best before he gets snapped up by a team with better resources. It might just be a lull we're going through at the moment but it seems to be the same every season when we miss top six, we'd be as well not turning up for any fixtures after that. I'd personally prefer we were back playing in the lower divisions where the dream of making it to the SPL was far more attractive than the reality

WHO'S GOING TO CELTIC GAME ?
I'll be going + 3 think I'll be heading to the pub after but if I decide against it I'd be happy to put together some sort of report
-
Michael Barnes
get him signed anyone with pace should be able to walk into our squad, it's something we are severly lacking at the moment and have been for sometime if he was even considered to be good enough and make a first team appearance for sir ferguson then he would no doubt do a job in the SPL
-
Martin Taylor - accident or scumbag ?
bad challenge no dount but definite accident and if anything Wenger should be banned for his comments IMO he was bang out of order

Team for Hibs
far too many people on here hoping for some major ICT disaster, it happens everytime we have a decent period a few decide that there is not enough drama at the club and start kicking up 5hit, anyway..... Fraser Tokely McGuire Munro Hastings Cowie Black Duncan Imrie Wyness Niculae

Duncan
I don't know what games you've been at IHE but for me Niculae has been a cut above and one of the main contributors to our excellent recent form. He isn't perfect but compare him to other SPL forwards in the division and I think you'd find that most if not all SPL managers would have him on board what were you expecting?

Tezza Butcher as Scotland number 2!
