The issue I have is that he has lied to the club and comes across like a complete idiot in his interview in the Highland News.. when I first heard of the incident after Rockness I thought it should have been dealt with in a similar way to the Newton - West Ham episode. The fact that he has held his tongue (as far as I know) for almost half a year until his lawyer recommended he told the truth bothers me... if one thing is for sure this is not a Black and White situation.. I'm glad I don't have to make the decision.

IMO, if he did lie to the club when he was originally asked then they have to take some sort of action and I don't think a fine will do it. Although it is not a complete shock to hear of another football player taking coke, the club need to set an example to the rest of the players. What worries me is that if one of our players is at it then there is a very good chance a few of the others are.. that is why the club needs to come down hard on this. I would be gutted to lose Hart but he made his bed, and by sniffing the Peruvian he put his career in jeopardy and must have realised the possible circumstances. This isn't an argument of how bad the offence was but how little he has thought of the consequences of his actions.... but that is for the club to decide and maybe the SFA/SPL.

His kicking is generally spot on, 10 times better than what we used to have to put up with when Broonie was in the sticks

I think it might be time to give Fraser a boot up th erse and show him he can be replaced as easy as anyone else in the team, I can accept that the first may have been a mistake but he didn't seem bothered when coming for the second.. and instead of accepting any blame, he just argued with everyone around him.. Don't get me wrong I think that Fraser will become our number 1 for years, his kicking is second to none and he has bags of confidence but he maybe needs a game on the sidelines

Thought we were rotten today. Players keeping a hold of the ball for too long, Wilson, Niculae, Black and Tokely were caught in possession all through the first half. We failed to pass the ball from a to b throughtout the match and lacked any real pace up front. I thought we looked a lot better in the 2nd and had some great possession and were unlucky not to get a goal before the mess that lead to Nish's goal. Cowie's goal was top drawer other than that and Killie's left back (?) it was an awful game to watch. Draw was a fair result but Killie were there for the taking... I wouldn't be surprised to see Malkowski in goals against the dons

Admin feel free to move this in a bit but I'd appreciate if you could leave it a couple of days.. First and foremost thanks to all who jotted their email address on the petition I set up half way through last season. I managed to hit over 200 signatures the other day and decided to pass this on to the SPL. Although receiving the response I expected I was pleased that someone has taken the time to give some sort of reply.... My original email: Dear Sirs, I don't know how much good it will do but we need a different structure to the SPL. I care passionately about my league as it represents my club and more importantly my country. It is almost embarrassing when we watch our next door neighbours spend millions upon millions, and that's the teams at the bottom of the EPL. We need to make an extreme change that will interest some real sponsors with some major investment. Increasing the league structure has to be top of the list as it generates more competition and diversity. For example the leagues currently successful around the world, England, Spain, Italy etc. all have a larger number of teams in their top domestic league. 16 teamleague is an improvement but it also gives the SPL it's identity with an obscure number of teams. I doubt this email will do much use but truely it is the only option left before the standards drop further and further behind the rest of the world.
