    No, Forres funnily enough.

Funnily enough, I remember a Highland League select playing a Scotland XI at Kingsmills in the run up to the 1978 World Cup. The Scotland XI was made up of real fringe players and in the deep recesses of my mind I think it may have been a 2-2 draw. Was anyone else there?

All in all a good day for Scotland I would say.
  6. Well, Thistle FC did have a table but I'm not sure what colours they play in these days.

We should hold up cards giving him marks for his dives. 5.9 5.8 5.8 6.0 5.8 etc etc
  8. Ewan Wotherspoon was at the event taking photos and I'm sure we'll take possession of them first week and can let you see them. We will also get a full report of the evening put together very shortly for you as well. Heilandee, thanks for the kind words. I thought it was marvellous that we had both a light blue and a dark blue contingent there.
  9. In case any of you are wondering, the first five inductees to the ICT Hall of Fame are Alan Hercher, Mike Noble, Bobby Mann, Mike Teasdale and Jimmy Calder. The first four were able to attend to pick up their awards but Jimmy Calder was on holiday and his son picked up the award on his behalf. However, he was able to send us all a message from "the beach".

A crazy question. I'm passionate about both.

Bearing in mind how little time he had I think Brew has done pretty well. :clapping03:

Click Beeb confirm a 2 year deal
  13. D of F mentioned this at AGM but there was no suggestion it was permanent.
  14. :015: Which language do you think would be best?
  15. List of guests attending coming together nicely - Noble, Hercher, Teasdale, Sheerin, Mann, Ritchie, Daisy, MacArthur, Paterson and hopefully more. We're actually hoping to have Sergei Baltacha there. Have been studying the plans for the event and, though I say so myself, it is going to be an awesome night.

I was starting to think the same thing about Cowie yesterday. Looked the part up until playing that telling final ball. Too high, too long, too wide.....
  17. OK, cantbeatus, thanks for putting me right.
  18. Were my ears deceiving me or did the Arabs' fans treat us to a rendition of this song today? I suppose it finished off with the traditional abusing of Benny and Liz. Is this any better than the bile we get from Old Firm fans?
  19. Do you want to be our Vladimir Romanov, latviaman? :017:
  20. Bit of a laugh? There's nothing funny here guys. Well said, WynessLegend, you're spot on.
  21. Sometimes I despair of the internet. It probably does more harm than good. :007:

Therefore, it should be stored away safely, cherished and brought out on special occasions. :015:
  23. I think most people leaving the meeting felt that Brew will be appointed. In fact I think the most likely thing to stop him being in place on Saturday is Aberdeen playing silly sods over releasing him. A first game win over the Arabs would have more than a touch of the theatrical about it. :003:
  24. Whether you like it or not I think Brew has to be the bookies favourite at the moment
