  1. *yawn* You either can or can't help.
  2. Aye well... here's hoping. IF we win and IF it sparks a losing streak for Dundee then maybe. I honestly can't see that happening to Dundee. They're winning games comfortably (from their scorelines) and I can't see where our goals are going to come from. The Pars were there for the taking yesterday and we didn't do it. I still think we should be playing Barrowman. Just my humble opinion though.
  3. I'm going. Hopefully we can win this and spark Dundee's losing streak....
  4. The bridies were excellent though! Only ?2 a pop too. I had a couple but by half time they had sold out and I had to settle for a pie. Nevermind. The Pars were woeful today - the game was awful BUT we should have won it. They were there for the taking. Imrie was much improved on last week - he actually passed the ball! IWho would have thought. Hayes was also good today - I hope we can hang on to him. Good day out though. I enjoyed it. Where was Caley Stan though?
  5. Steve's on with tam and Stewart right now
  6. Sutherland looks decent. I saw him playing a reserve match against the huns on Hun TV a while ago. Don't know about Morrison though.
  7. I think the Pars are pretty good when it comes to dealing with adverse weather conditions. I'm assuming that they'll have their pitch covered and that they're got undersoil heating. It better not be off cos I've been looking forward to a Stephens the Bakers bridie all week
  8. Give me an E!!!!!!! No, hold on a second ...
  9. U16s going free? That sounds like a good idea.... The club will recuperate the admission prices off them with the catering prices.

If he's planning management I think he would be better starting out at a highland league or lower league club to find his feet and build up some experience.
  11. Good point RiG. They've only got one chant anyway. Hopefully they'll be through in numbers paying top dollar to get in. The irony in that statement lol Caley Caley Caley Caley Caley Caley that is the only song you have ever sung since we entered the League!! Give me a C!
  12. Why is it they're obsessed with us and full of hatred? I find it strange. But then again I don't give them much thought.

Talk about jumping a chasm in two leaps! Can ICT justify a wage for a sub? In what way is he qualified / suitable to be the next ICT manager?! I think that a few people are looking at this thread through rose tinted glasses. Barry Wilson WAS a great player for ICT when he was younger. No denying that. I also miss the team when he and Robson played together. However I don't think by resigning him is going to lead to a vast improvement in results which would see us march up the table.
  14. If we can sign a decent centre half it would make a huge difference. I think that losing Dods was a huge blow.
  15. The catering at those clubs is dire . Hmmmm the peh I had at the 'well was good.
  16. I'm in. On a more serious note though, If you've haven't done so, you can play the centenary club lottery - I'm pretty sure I'm only 6.50 a month direct debit. And if you've got kids (or for yourself), how about opening a Caley Thistle saver account with the Scottish Building Society. I've still got one and the staff in there are brilliant.
  17. Ahhbut you'd miss the banter RiG. And LDZ penalty claims.
  18. Nope.....certainly not available from the kiosks, although they have been available in the Kingsmills Club, who are still using the MacDougall and Hastie pies, of which the Steak and Gravy Pie was voted best in the UK. Why didn't they sell them all round the ground? Because the catering contracts for the Kingsmills Club and Kiosks were (and still are) separate and done by different companies. Why? Because the demands and requirements for each are different. Ah. So regular punters no likey good peeeehs...

    So the club's doomed?

  21. Good side the 'Well this season. What's the situation with television coverage of the Scottish Cup this season?

Pains me to say it, but I think county treat their fans better. At least we're away this weekend
  23. I assume that the burger van outside will be gone for the foreseeable future?
  24. Take the first post with a very large dollop of sarcasm :D. You're just rubbing it in CaleyD getting good quality (free) peeehs up in hospitality!

The crowd would have been significantly lower had it not been for the decent travelling support. Hats off to Raith for turning up in decent numbers. Again, perhaps a case for u16s going free to some matches?
