  1. Admirable attempt but it is a bit like trying to put a 50 piece jigsaw together with only 40 pieces. We have basically fecked it all up in pre season - we have been woefully amteurish. If you jettison people - especially those in key positions you need to have replacements in mind. Then you almost go for broke by doggedly sticking to a system and the same personnel in the belief that it will all eventually come together - again with no plan B or C. I feel that we should have been going 4-1-4-1 from the off - home and away - I think that sticking Cox in a holding role will help but I honestly do not know how we resurrect the central defence or the main striker. I would have hoped that Aldred would have been one answer and Sutherland at least given a chance to fill the lone striker role. We need to play people where they are at their best and their preference. Stay in the picture till Xmas and hope that the promised injection of cash ensues.
  2. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: You have now and forever echoed those opinions !!!
  3. That is actually surprsing coming from you but doesnt surprise me. Dear me - Esson is expected - Davis is going and Tade - god bless him - is becoming a saviour but he doesnt know his best position and neither do Terry and Mo !!
  4. Lets be a bit more positive for a second - given all our traumas and difficulties this season we may be bottom BUT we are not adrift - only four points separate us from Midden. I do have serious concerns about our management loyalty to certain players and adherence to a failing tactical system but we are slowly returning to full strength and we should progress. November and December are full of potential defeats - Cometh The Hour .........
  5. Great guy, grand person, full of charisma, personality and the likeability factor - but that article wholly smacks of egotistical self centred overoptimism to me - a wee bit of "I am alright Jack". It worries me that he 1)says he knows where the club is going and 2) that he appears that he is protected by the new contract. Please, please dot me but this is about the safety and security of Inverness Caledonian Thistle and not Mr Terry Butcher - you have to prove yerself on the pitch, through performances and results not by gushing emotionally in a rather narcissistic fashion. Perhaps someone should tell Terry that he is becoming Maradonna'ish.
  6. We were not at the game - I am shure that some of the loyal attenders will inform us that there was more of a sense of togetherness and that the display and the tactics were nowhere near as bad as we suspect. Tade was made MOM and that must suggest that he has been developing his finishing skills at training.
  7. Shane Sutherland is close at the death but lets have the same again next week - it maybe only a delayed reaction to the International break and we will find our focus soon.
  8. Mason fecks it up - blow the feckin whistle God.
  9. To be fair he is a grand lad and a good squad player but he is always prone to making a blunder - enuff said.
  10. Buchanan - oh no !! Proctor - oh no !! Nemesis x 2
  11. Buchanan - oh no !! Proctor - oh no !! Nemesis x 2
  12. What a surprise - Shane for Tade and not Foran - but "In Terry We Trust".
  13. Cox and Meekins - please, please dont sit back.
  14. God will not allow it to happen.
  15. There is only one Ryan Esson but more importantly one feckin God.
  16. Oh No - not the wee nyaff Buchanan
  17. Go fer the feckin jugular I said - not sit feckin back. Dear Lord - we need you.
  18. Half Time : Clean sheet - Tade goal - lady luck on our side - 1-0 up - Thank you God. It sounds like it has demoralised the Fifers - lets go fer the jugular.
  19. Dougal scores for Clach :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
  20. TADE :bouncyblue: Diving header in the top corner from a delightful Foran cross. God - are you taking the **** today or wot ?
  21. :rotflmao: Stupid question ?
  22. Esson save - perhaps we are doing a Rumble in the Jungle - dope on the rope ploy. Still 0-0 God and it seems that the Big Un is doing is thing - as somebody called Grant Munro scores for the Tinks.
  23. Another let off - perhaps the plan is to lull them into a false sense of security. It sounds like we have Graeme Shinnie playing as the lone defender.
  24. So where is Nick Ross playing ?
