  1. We need to talk - I am a professional and I can help you.
  2. I have heard a rumour that Marius may be rested on Saturday in order to avoid injury prior to the Romania match. :024:
  3. Mike Smith as just announced that, due to the suggested new strip and change of club colours - as suggested by the Orion Group - that the club has decided to purchase a 30 foot by 30 foot surfing banner for the North End. He also says that Orion are going to sponsor four poles to hold it up.
  4. Half naked in Section G - sounds like a job for MacBandy and maself. :001:
  5. Some of US said that in August !!
  6. I doubt if you will ever change Rosscoe but he aint a midfielder - he hasnt looked the same since Dods went as the Machine had the football brain to cover Rosscoe's forward momentum - as did Blobby Mann before that. Problem is that I dont think that Proctor has it in him to be a central defender so we may be stuck unless we try out Proctor in the hole instead fo Duncan - he may well have the patience and the discipline to do that. Then we could play Cowie wide right in Bazza style and Imrie wide left. Away from home I would always play 4-1-4-1 so I would play Black in central midfield but we really need someone "dogged" to be there with him. I would play Niculae at home - but play him on the last man - he annoys me when he tracks back as that leaves us totally devoid up front. That may be his "strength" but it is a luxury. Either that or we get a real target man - one who can move. Bayne would always be my choice away from home.
  7. Fer fecks sake - of course it is a three man decision. There is such a thing as a phone. Pre- meditated if ya ask me.
  8. I actually felt that Russell was the best player overall prior to Xmas - when we were playing 4-5-1 with him in the hole we/he were at our best. I would suggest that he has been affected by the general atmosphere as most have. He aint never going to be a playmaker but can be very effective if played in the coreect system.
  9. He was at home - and apart from the dive what did he do at Tynie or any of the away games - apart from pissing off Wyness, Bayne, Rankin, Wilson and Black.
  10. Denzil's indiscipline was to speak his mind - How much more of this management regime can we suffer. I am begiining to suspect that something is wrong. :023:
  11. Apparently Denzil has turned down the offer for personal reasons and wants to be closer to his family.
  12. I am reliably informed that the Orion Group have put a proposal to the Board that we should be renamed Bucharest Caledonian Thistle next season. An Orion spokesman explained that plans were progressing well and there was a cull of the local, loyal servants taking place and that a conveyor belt of Eastern European talent is waiting in the wings. Alan Savage meantime is being touted for the next series of Strictly Come Dancing. I Cat will be replaced by Basinar and the club nickname is to be altered to "Bagatiai sarma in nasdide". At least we should win more away games as we should soon be experienced travellers.
  13. Fer fecks sake CB - how do you expect boltneck to understand that ? :rotflmao:
  14. I have been reliably informed that the meek Denzil told a few peeple the home truths - and Bayne backed him up. Bye Bye Denzil - Bye Bye Bayno. The fools have been too loyal fer too long - Now why would those two forwards have a beef ? :014:
  15. [img width=500 height=373]http://www.darlington.gov.uk/NR/rdonlyres/5C2666EB-9D2E-4316-93EE-0EEFEFA8BD10/9244/GoldenAgeofFootball.jpg "I said - WE ARE SECTION G - I said - WE ARE SECTION G"
  16. Why dont you contact Mike Smith - or grab him at a game - Here is what he looks like.
  17. :rotflmao: :clapping03: So its the smallest book in the world then - "My accomplishments at ICT" by Mike Smith.
  18. Are you reliably informed about that ?
  19. Yeah lets put two internationalists up front - Marius and Rory - except their styles are very similiar. :023:
  20. I am afraid that you have as much of my "veiled" detail as is allowed !! But just wait for the pending "changes" and just laff at the excuses made - Savage, Bennett, Niculae, Brewster and Smith. "Feck me Smiffy - the firth looks choppy at the moment - How do we get out of here?"
  21. I fer one will always follow the club irrespective of status or state - whether it be Ibrox or Borugh Briggs - what I am anticipating is a clear out off the field in the summer and sweeping changes in the transfer market on the field. I feel that this summer is a big big time peiod for ICT and will possibly govern our future. I am reliably informed that this is very much on the cards and may only be a few weeks away.
  22. Has Mike Smith actually ever done anything positive or popular ?
  23. I could sense the animosity from the word "go" this season - We went through a good spell when in my opinion Black, Cowie and Rankin were on fire - we played with width and passed the ball. But we are employing the same system/s ALL the time. Our performance in the transfer windows has been dire and we are putting too much emphasis - and hope on Niculae. The club has changed with the present management system - even that is divisive and unfriendly. Agree ?
  24. Something is wrong ?
  25. Cue the "sack the Board" music - what can Brew do when Orion call the shots ?
