Juanjo WAS a good player for us then he got a bad injury. 15-6 months later he has played maybe 5 minutes football for the first team. He is now on loan at Hamilton where he has mainly been on the bench or playing maybe an hour before being taken off. I just don't see where he fits into the picture anymore. Brewster obviously had a problem with him and I think CC is just being diplomatic about his future prospects as he is still such a popular figure amongst the fans. Actually the longer he doesn't play for us the better player he seems to become!! His contract is up in the summer - I would be surprised/amazed if its renewed. Maybe we should be showing the same level of support to our current team especially some of the youngsters who get slated on here on a regular basis

Even if we do finish with more points it doesn't make any difference I'm afraid. Yeah we beat Motherwell but there are still 4 games to go - 2 of which are at home where anything can happen :roll:

Maybe the club should consider cheaper tickets for kids as they are the 'next generation' £15 seems a bit steep to me - do other clubs charge as much?

Scrapping the farce that is the current offside law might make things easier - its one of the worst laws ever!! Fernandez wouldn't be a bad signing for us - not that we could afford him. He'd certainly offer some skill and flair up front - something that Mr Brewster obviously doesn't want

The reason no one signed Rankin was County didn't want to sell there prize asset - he was under contract and they were quite prepared to play hardball unless they were offered silly money. He will go in the summer - there have been loads of scouts watching him. I just hope we haven't left it too late. I've seen Rankin play roughly 7 times this season - he's beeen VERY good in 5 of them, Ok in one and he was rubbish on Saturday but Ross County are just going through the motions now There is little difference between the top 1st divison sides and the bottom SPL sides, so he can easily make the supposed step up in class!! Most of our team are 'good 1st divison players' anyway - our strength lies in the fact we are a team cos lets fave it we don't have many skilful players

It always amuses me when people suggest we sign current SPL players. The simple truth of the matter is that we are not in a position to sign any SPL 1st team players. We offer less wages and most are reluctant to relocate up here. We have to look elsewhere, ie Lower Divisions, youngsters, Free Transfers and maybe the occasional SPL squad player

Think more than 1 or 2 deserve a run out In theory we should be safe for at least 8th
