  1. I really hope the club look at this site. There are a lot of season ticket holders not going to this game because of the price. If you alienate the backbone support of the club, what are you doing to the potential future fans? Opportunity to win more support and thank the regular loyal fans gone. And there are far too many on here with an " I'm alright Jack " attitude.
  2. One of the young lads who was a passenger died this morning in hospital...
  3. It's all very well saying if you don't want to pay don't go...but what about the supporters who can't afford it. Won't pay = customers choice... Can't pay = customer no choice... The club will make enough on TV money without having to p*ss off the people they want to come along more often. This football club ignores its supporters and potential supporters at its peril. I just hope that the fans who do attend get the opportunity to sing "cheerio" as the 'tic fans leave early...again.
  4. The missus and three kids all want to go...not at those prices...looks like Sky for me! :009:
  5. Totally agree, brilliant idea to put a shine on the team...how about Jeri Blozom?
  6. I think we can all agree that he is a closet something.............but what?
  7. Aaahhh the memories...but can anyone remember the sponsor for Emily's erse? :moon2:
  8. Oh no, here we go again..it's feckin simple...Club+effort+marketing+profile+more feckin effort+affordability=bigger crowds! End of.
  9. Funny how nobody else actually mentioned trackie bottoms, ye should have been watching the game Row S, not Emily's erse. Anne Summers ye say though, I may have to start watching Livi games. :005:
  10. Fairy nuff Kingsmills, just thought there was a lack of positivity. No offence intended..... But don't you just love a keeper who dribbles.... Son of Calder?... :notworthy02:
  11. Yer a bunch of erseoles if yer giving him stick already...shame on you... :020: Well done to MF for taking up the mantle of ICTFC number 1. I hope he keeps it for many years. :022:
  12. As you are not an elected spokesman for the general public I can only assume you mean you can't be ersed and you will stick to your car. That would be your choice. The whole idea about " AlternativeNess " is to dedicate one day to trying something different from the daily grind that is clogging up the roads of Sneck every day. Just for fun the old Kessock ferry service will be running that day, and there is a mass cycle planned from Beauly to Inverness.
  13. Definately this year CD, and I have noted just a tad of cynicism creeping into this topic already. Why not try something different, just for one day, leaving the car at home ( if possible ) seems like a good idea to me. If we don't try alternatives how are we going to change things. I would urge everyone who can to give it a go.
  14. Yeh get them oan yer tights easy enough! :015:
  15. A "leave your car at home" day is being planned for Inverness on 17th of September. With all this talk about global warming and traffic congestion this would seem an ideal opportunity to discover what alternative means of travel the good folk of Inverness and surrounding areas can either access or try something different. Cycling or walking would be good, but it will be interesting to discover whether our public transport system can deliver the goods. There is also talk of laying turf in a street in Inverness, banning cars for the day and turning it into a " green " space. Get's my vote. :022:
  16. Sorry Gringo, but I disagree. The untimely death of so many youngsters is a true blight and has to be addressed now. Such " restrictve " legislation would only affect the young and inexperienced drivers and would actually benefit them in giving them the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to drive and survive. A government ( any party ) introducing such legislation would gain popular support for such a move. What is the alternative, allowing this carnage to continue?
  17. T.V. money and a place in the next round...that'll do nicely! :021:
  18. This government is constantly devising new rules and legislation about anything and everything. Why is this carnage being allowed to continue? Speed limiters, maximum CC for teenagers, defensive driver training, better public transport so kids don't have to buy cars so young. Ideas that could be implemented now. How many more young kids have to die before something is done? It's a disgrace. :007:
  19. Glad someone else mentioned the " Rossco run "...if that had been a Brazilian the media would never shut up about it! Go Rossco...! And bring on the next round.
  20. :icon_pharoah: :eggtimer: :015:
  21. Your'e wife made me the same offer R, see you at the ground! :015:
  22. I thought DAB stood for Dundee are b*llocks!
  23. I believe you may be confusing wearing with talking... :023:
