  1. With Danny moving on to be Youth Academy Director instead of COO....then I wonder what Charlie Christie's position is now?
  2. Because his name is Aaron Doran Cogan!
  3. Admittedly, I'm surprised the club haven't put anything out. It was stuff such as this that the chairman promised to share with fans ?
  4. I've seen a few hundred ICTFC fans outsing 10's of thousands at Ibrox and Parkhead....so I don't give a toss who brings the most fans. P.S. I'll be celebrating in Spain, so if you could all give just a wee bit more to make up for my absence, that would be great ??
  5. Make it so....comrade ?
  6. Apologies, the meeting must happen within 28 days.
  7. Well spotted ?
  8. What's his connection to Bordeaux or ICTFC?
  9. A letter has been delivered to CJT today (22nd March 2018) instructing the existing board to convene an EGM. The letter is backed, in name, by 37 society members. The purpose of the meeting shall be... to vote on the removal of all persons from the Society Board. to hold a fresh election to appoint members to the Society Board in accordance with the society’s rules. As I have said to people I have spoken with about this recently, it's not a witch hunt. The reason we are asking for the removal of everyone on the board at present is due to the numerous concerns and doubts over the legitimacy of their position/s. The first step in the society moving forward must be a board properly appointed by the membership. If those currently claiming a position on the board believe they are the people to take things forward, then there would be nothing stopping them standing for election along with anyone else who wished to put themselves forward. CJT now have 28 days in which to convene the meeting, communicate it's happening to to the membership and implement the process for the election.
  10. Larnell Cole
  11. One way traffic (us) at the moment. Just a matter of time till we score!!
  12. It was reported that Robbo said this to the press earlier in the week....but I'm always wary of selective quoting and loss of context.
  13. Probably as much to do with Robbo (the club) refusing/being unable to meet the cost of wages, accomodation etc.
  14. Be interesting to see what line-up we go with today after talk of possibly resting players (!) ahead of next week's final.
  15. I would have, but the short notice and early start make it impossible for me to rearrange other stuff.
  16. I agree. My statement was more in relation to us wanting to push every replay to as late in the season as possible. Such a policy was always a disaster waiting to happen.
  17. 15 sold so far that I know of ?
  18. That's one way to get around the bus alcohol laws....put it in your Macaroni Pies!!
  19. When Butcher was here, he always wanted fixtures rearranged at the earliest possible opportunity. Building/maintaining momentum was important and that couldn't happen if you weren't playing games.
  20. You actually wouldn't need the season to be so long as you could, happily, play midweek games in the brighter summer months with school holidays and no need to have kids home and in bed early. The only real obstacle then is the pitch as ground staff don't have the summer months to do all the work they currently do in preparing them for the next season....one of the reasons I think plastic pitches are an inevitability in an age when games are called off for the slightest sign a pitch isn't right. (safe travelling etc are a different issue, and should always be an important consideration)
  21. Yeah...because we never have games postponed in March and December due to crap weather ?
  22. It'll be good to give injured players a chance to get fit....we just need to hope contracts don't expire by time we get games played, now ?
  23. Good news. Korrie and Subway have been long time supporters of the club in various ways and MFL signing up for a third year (and also sponsoring County from next season) shows a welcome commitment to the area.
  24. So that will be a yes to you taking the argumentum ad hominem approach then ?
  25. Really, Charles....you're going with the argumentum ad hominem approach?
