i agree that encouraging more fans to buy season tickets and get more paying at the gate would help but this has always been a problem for us. you are right about connecting with fans but every board, since inception, has failed in this area. Maybe the Inverness public just don't want /deserve a full-time football club.

yes but some never recover and that's my concern. our purple patch was marvellous but it doesn't seem to have done us any good financially.

the unfortunate situation in football is that is normally always "other peoples" money that keeps clubs afloat. it's just that we don't seem to spend it very well or manage to attract sufficient income.
