Transfer in and outs
I can't see it being Doran. If he's injured he hasn't a hope in getting a new club so we would need to keep paying him.

New Chairman - Willie Finlayson
Oh my. I didn't realise I was the only one who is totally embarrassed by our incompetence. The team has nothing to do with this but unless we get our act together we won't have a club to Support. I don't expect positive responses from anyone so blinkered.

Extraordinary General Meeting - 3rd August.
Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. More whisky please

New Chairman - Willie Finlayson
Submitting a termination form by mistake! Absolutely No chance of that happening ! Who on earth gave you that naff info? On the remote chance of that being true it just shows what a joke we are.

Extraordinary General Meeting - 3rd August.
I would not be at all surprised if we show a very substantial loss for last financial year. From what I hear some players were earning big money and with our limited gate receipts I don't think there would be anything in the coffers. This would mean that the company needed cash from somewhere to cover wages etc. Where did we get that money from? Are we now due to repay this? Oh how I wish the board would come clean and tell us what kind of financial state we are in and give us the true reason they are calling this EGM.

No problem. I won't bother searching. It's good to hear I'm not the only one.

Extraordinary General Meeting - 3rd August.
Come on, if it was nothing the EGM would not have been called! And BEFORE the accounts have been issued. Again we are not being given the True picture.

Extraordinary General Meeting - 3rd August.
No need for the sarcasm Scotty. I don't think I'm on my own with my views on that hideous club crest appearing on official club stationery. That is NOT our official club badge/crest and well you know it.

Extraordinary General Meeting - 3rd August.
Maybe to raise money to repay loans or as CB says to cover losses or just maybe to attract investors with the club at heart or maybe a combination of all. I think we are in for some very interesting times.

New Chairman - Willie Finlayson
I have just checked the official companies house site and Willam Finlayson IS a registered director. Gordon Alan MUNROE resigned in May 2017. I really don't know where you got this information so I think an apology is due to Mr Finlayson.

General Manager/Director of Football
Don't forget Cameron was also chief exec for which I believe he was very well paid for (contrary to belief he worked for nothing). Holding both positions afforded him a lot of power without reference to the board.

Club Badge/Crest
They shouldn't have had any stock in the first place.
-
Club Badge/Crest
No not an outrage, just an example of the NAFF image of our club these days. I hope it changes and soon (for the better of course)
- New Manager

Club Badge/Crest
If so they have certainly succeeded

Club Badge/Crest
I just received EGM notification and see that the crest on our official stationery has that "Pride of the Highlands" crap on the crest. What a bludy nonsense.

Transfer in and outs
What I would love to know is - Where is all the money coming from?
-
General Manager/Director of Football
The general managers job should be restricted to the daily running of the business, in close association with the Football Manager. He should not be the football managers boss. We still need a director of football at board level to work closely with the football manager and be the link between him and the board. WHERE IS HE?

New Chairman - Willie Finlayson
Children - why not take your little spat to some rubbish topic!
-
New Chairman - Willie Finlayson
He was a registered director, with the required SFA approval, so there was absolutely no need for him to resign just because he was becoming chairman of the board. Very very strange so maybe Mr Finlayson could tell the supporters why?
-
New Chairman - Willie Finlayson
Somehow I don't think it will have anything to do with being unfit or improper but there must be some reason for him resigning his directorship and then becoming chairman. Strange but not surprising that again we need to guess what is happening.
-
New Chairman - Willie Finlayson
Correct Shorty. Something smelly going on? I hope we are not in for more bludy nonsense.
-
New Chairman - Willie Finlayson
Personally I would like ro see our chairman have exactly the same responsibility as our directors. I believe he has confirmed that he will not hold a chief exec position so why is he there?
-
New Chairman - Willie Finlayson
Agree. Surely the Chairman of the board must be a director.

Don't think Jim's wife would like to hear this
