  1. let's face it, the situation stinks of a poorly managed Business transaction plus poor PR but it's no more than can be expected from our lot.
  2. fed up of waiting for him to become the player some think he should be.
  3. Barring individual resignations the only way to change this board is for shareholders to register a vote of no confidence but there is no point if we don't have sufficient votes to get rid. Does a turkey vote for Christmas? Do we have replacements? From my limited knowledge the only guy I would probably keep would be David Cameron but he also has strong connections with Sutherland which imho is a negative. We are in SERIOUS trouble and the sooner these people admit to their incompetence the better. It is their duty to either offer genuine , manageable solutions or do the honourable thing and stand aside.
  4. I can see a meeting soon along the lines of the Rose Street Drill Hall if these Blazers don't get sorted soon
  5. "Pride of the Highlands"
  6. I really feel each individual director should be asked the following questions 1: What were the reasons for you wanting to become an ICT board member? 2: What were your objectives and have these been achieved ? 3: Were you elected to the board? 4: How much have you invested in the club and how many shares do you hold? 5: What are you doing to improve our on and off field performance? Has anyone got more questions?
  7. Aye but they made the effort to be there even if it were only to "fly their flag" and support a local event.
  8. this is all basic but we always seem to ignore what is important to the FANS and what can be done to attract more. we have appointed a new COO (fancy title) but I fear he doesn't have either the experience or knowledge to achieve what is needed. the long and short of it is that we are a cheapsgate club and will continue to be so under this regime.
  9. From memory, Tich obliged at one time but I'm not sure what season it was. I liked him - he is/was a pro.
  10. Banging an old drum here renegade. Our tannoy system has been crap for as long as I can remember. The excuse has always been "No money to spend on it".
  11. Ah there's a name from the past now. Did a power of work but he was part of the McGill regime so he can't be any use.?
  12. Big big difference in being a BDM to that of COO, but good luck to him. Our previous HFL involvement gave our young uns good experience but two or three teams were against us getting into league.
  13. I would get into bed with council to develop a training facility at bught park. Lister park could be converted into 4g surface and they could have use for matches etc. Grass pitches could be improved and used for training and youth matches. Welfare league could also use during summer. I would not donate to club as I don't think the board are capable of managing it. Club could use free of charge but they would be liable for General maintenance costs.
  14. Don't think he has any. Running a football club is not the same as coaching or development so he will need all the good luck he can get. I just hope he isn't the board's fall guy.
  15. Is there a need to be generous Charles?
  16. As suspected, soft loans have been made and I believe a substantial number of shares have been ring fenced to cover the loans. Highland Hospice shares have seemingly not yet been purchased. No sign of further investment (DM & AS). The club is obviously no longer "debt free" - surprise surprise!
  17. Hard to believe he lasted so long at a big club.
  18. You are so, so right RIG. Naff isn't the word. This is absolute SH..E. One club, one name and it's NOT ICTFC Pride of the Highlands
  19. Maybe of interest to you that we don't have a dof and our directors either have no or very limited football knowledge. Who at ICT do you think offers contracts - Tommy Cumming? Don't believe everything you read CJ.
  20. Are you a doctor working for the council CJ?
  21. Don't know where your info comes from but the manager is always consulted 're signings. If he wasn't how the he'll would a director with no football knowledge know what to offer out of the budget and how long the manager wants the player for?
  22. I'm sure our manager thought about all that BEFORE he made the contract offers
  23. Think it's the seating which has the 10 year lifespan.
  24. Our club seems to be run by people who really don't have a clue. I just hope this doesn't happen with our football team.
