It's not that long ago we had Duncan and Kel in temp charge. Tho they must be ok what they do, Brian Rice is probably the best and cheapest temp ootion. I would do it now but the board have stuck their heads in the sand so they must face the financial cost of relegation and either get thir hands into their pockets or resign.

I really don't get this Brian Rice attack. I doubt if anyone on this board knows him or has any idea about his coaching abilities. Sacking the board isn't an option at this stage but they should take the bull by the horns and replace RF with BR NOW. We do however need a new chairman without delay. Whether he comes from the existing board or is externally appointed doesn't matter to me but Kc needs to go with RF.

I really don't get this Brian Rice knocking. Foran has said he is a very good coach. The question you should be asking is Does Foran take advice and listen to him (and Kel)? Just because JH appointed him doesn't make him unworthy of his job and contract the club gave him

We are wasting too much time and money on coaching and playing youngsters who have absolutely no chance of progressing within the senior structure of ICT. We should be concentrating on those showing the desire and application to absorb the higher level coaching. I really don't think we need a development squad. We do need a reserve squad to include fringe first team, up to 6 quality full time kids training with the first team and if required use u17's to give us game numbers. Scottish football is to blame for us needing to have so many teams to obtain grant money.

The board didn't win the scottish cup, take us into Europe or led us to our highest ever league finish. Butcher and Hughes take the credit for that. If what you state is true about Foran's contract why didn't this wonderful board sack him before now? Sorry but I still feel Sutherland is involved behind the scenes and until he and his cronies get out we will not attract anyone with money. They decided to appoint Foran so they are responsible for our situation. You just can't take credit for success and not take the rap for failure!

There was a lot made of taking Danny Macdonald back. Can anyone tell me what he has done other than produce reports the club can't afford? He will be costing a lot of money, money we could be spending elsewhere.

Totally agree but the problem is finding a capable board who know how to sort it. When we had good managers we did well but for one reason or another we either got rid of them or they left.

I think we will need at least 15 points from our remaining games to keep us up.

From our results this season I really have doubts about RF's ability. He should, by now, be able to identify our most potent formation and select the best players to play the system (whatever that is). I think he maybe trying to prove something but if he continues on the same route HE will take us into the lower leagues.

I do not feel we have the leadership to survive this battle. I sincerely hope I'm wrong but I feel if we go down we may never get back up.

Absolutely no problem with this as our away strip. Should have been from day 1.
