Brewsters Replacement
At this present time i believe a retarded goat could do a better job than Brewster.

David Proctor
If Proctor starts against Motherwell next week, I will seriously have to think about wheather i'll return to a game under Brewster. Fraser got dropped after a bad game while Duff was dropped after a number of VERY good performances. And don't get me started on why he plays Wood up front on his own

Well Duff won't be playing- Who would you like as new caley manager?
I think I would definately go for Robbo, but if not, as I suggested in the other thread on this topic a month or so ago - Stevie Frail.- ICT Gaelic Film!
That really annoys me when people say its dieing, not because im one of those people that will do anything to stick up for the language because its a load of bull. Don't get me wrong I'm proud of it and glad to speak it though. It may have been dieing at one point but not now, if anything its getting stronger with BBC Alba, the gaelic school in Glasgow and the increase of people choosing it as a subject at school.- Why not just enjoy it ?
Thats not entirely true though, before the weekend we were only 1 point of bottom and even now we are just 3. The main thing is though, the supporters put a lot of time and money into the club and it gets really frustrating if you travel long distances to a home game where you play a 4-5-1 and look to break on the counter, rather than taking the game to the opposition - especially when its a team you feel you should be getting a result against. Anyway bring on Falkirk tomorrow night Regards the relegation issue , personally I've never felt that we've been in serious trouble yet, too early. I agree, we havn't been in serious trouble regarding relegation yet. But what i disagreed with was what you said something along the lines of, "the current setup looks to be continuing in this vein", (regarding avoiding relegation) when infact we are only 3 points of bottom. So i didn't think that was a fair comment. And only three points of sixth place. We're not Rangers or Celtic. Like the other tenine teams in the league we will go up a bit and down a bit each week. I know im not denying that at all, I was just saying that we are very close to bottom. Hopefully we'll make a decent push for top 6 this season like we have done in the past :thumb04:- Why not just enjoy it ?

err...so who did you think they'd be playing? Barcelona? He was just making the point that it will be hard for Hamilton to get anything out of those games.- Duff V Proctor V McGuire
But who in your "opinion" is that? At one point last season I would have said Proctor, but after now seeing Duff and realising Proctor can be pretty useless and McGuire is well unreliable at best, I would have to go for Duff.- The ICT Catchment Area
I work with a lot of Jambos and they told me that Hearts; years ago, used to send a team out pre-season across the Highlands & Islands. Thats exactly what County used to do in Skye, now they have a very decent sized following here that pisses over Caley's to tell the truth.- Hibernian -V- ICT : matchday thread
Come on boys, surely this week!- Fraser Dropped - Courier
After blundering last week its about time Esson was giving a chance, although saying that Ike's been fairly consistent over the season excluding the Rangers game. Hopeflully it will keep the whole team on their toes.- Mark Brown
I really don't know though, i'd have to see the wages on offer. Realisticly he couldn't have thought he would pip Boruc to the first team spot and I'd rather grab any chance of getting into the national team with both hands - to me thats the biggest honour any player can have. He'll probobly be on his way soon enough when his contract expires anyway.......so hopefully then he'll challenge for a place in the national squad.- The ICT Catchment Area
If Caley made the effort they really could get a larger following in places like Skye, for example Ross County go all over the place in the highlands doing training in school holidays and distributing free tickets to the children. Come on Caley get into the schools here before they inevitably choose the team thats winning all the time to support.- Mark Brown
Will be nice to see him play, but I feel sorry for him verging on the scotland squad and then moves to Celtic and is completely out of the frame. Although to a certain extent if he was wanting to be in the Scotland squad its his own fault......but greed does take over and I'm sure many in his situation would have done the same and took the big money offer.- Team fer Easter Road ?
If taken in the wrong context, that could sound quite dirty :thumb04: Sorry, thats me finished now. Couldn't resist- The ICT Catchment Area
Good point, should try to get more people to go from Inverness first. But I suppose that could be hard with a lot of Caley and Thistle choosing not to go to the football, but come on theres got to be more hiding somewhere!- The ICT Catchment Area
I travel from Skye myself with a season ticket, but the vast majority of people here will travel would rather support Rangers or Celtic. Which is a shame because I've seen them play against Caley more than they've even seen Rangers or Celtic, but if they'd rather support a team from Glasgow rather than a more local team i suppose thats their choice. So in skye theres only a few that I know have a season ticket, although there is more County fans here than Caley. Probobly because County used to come here and play against a Skye select team. So maybe there is something the club could do to get people form places like Skye to go to games to see football away from the TV.- can we survive this season
To be fair he made sure we got a decent amount of compensation before he left, and United are a bigger team and his hometown club that he won the scottish cup with. After saying that I still want him out though, from what I've seen ths season I don't know how we'll survive if soemthing doesn't change.- Losing runs
I reakon if we dont win one of our next 2 games he'll be packing his bags.- R.I.P. Brookes Mileson
I know it went all haywire in the end with Gretna, but he gave the fans the best 5 seasons they're likely to see.....ever. 3 titles and a scottish cup final, not bad at all! Hopefully he'll be remembered for the good things he doen with Gretna. R.I.P, a true football supporter.- So easy to say where the 'Buck Stops'!
Well the manager has to have something to do with results, look at Harry Redknapp. No on eeven seems motivated now......whats happened to putting the sword to the opposition in the final 15 minutes of every game?- Ibrox smileymometer
