Exactly, I've heard people say that the Conference is about SFL1 standard, so it's not really much of a big deal. It would really be no different to a semi-strong ICT side losing to say Ross County or QOTS in a pre-season friendly. Remember, a pretty decent standard SPL ICT side got beat 2-1 Peterhead a couple of years ago.

I see the arrow on the back of the kit is black for ICT. There's a sponsor on the back of the kit for the first time too.

I reckon it would also look better if it didn't have that big badge in the middle as well.

Would just like to point out that Proctor can play ther aswel. As can Golabek, along with Lee Cox being able to play at right back. I think the squads nearly there, but it's not ready yet. A new, speedy left back is a must, along with a big centre back. I'm talking 6"3+ here who can really challenge Tokely and Munro for a place in the starting line up. I also reckon that a right winger could come in handy, along with perhaps another striker to partner Rooney. Then the squad will be complete.

Are ICT still doing those fat shirts for fat fans? I seem to recollect a couple of years ago, ICT and Rangers bringing out shirts that were something like XXXXXL. I never knew ICT fans were so prone to obesity!

I also recollect that when the black away kit came out, many people were finding that the size of the collar, was not proportionate to the size of the shirt. Errea are just a shambles and should be booted out ASAP.

I think it's quite good. It's great to see a return of the stripes and I think it looks quite snazzy. The only minor change I would make would be that I would make the sponsor a little bit bigger, but overall it's quite nice. Kinda has a sort of continental feel to it. Personally, I don't think it's the absolute best one ICT have ever had, that IMO is the home 06/07 kit, but this is certainly one of the better ones and is also certainly better than the previous Flybe swoosh. It'll also be interesting to see how the Orion logo looks on the away kit, as well as seeing how the back of the kit looks though I'll probably have to see it for real to gauge a full opinion though. BTW - could we add a poll to see what the general consensus is?

Exactly, I don't understand why they just don't show us what it looks like as soon as they get it. What's the point in all this press release nonsense? This is ICT, not Barcelona. The world's press aren't going to be outside the Caley Park in anticipation of the new kit. They should just release it straight away. It's the fans that will be buying it anyway.

Whilst I believe that Grant Munro is a good centre-back and has been a great stalwart for the club, he has never been a captain. Unlike former and fan favourite captains such as Darren Dods and Bobby Mann, he doesn't seem to possess the same qualities that these two had in relation to being the captain of this football club. He doesn't seem to have the same presence on the field nor the willingness to be vocal to his team mates. Richie Foran on the other hand, does seem to possess these qualities, and I believe that he will show to be a good captain next season and hopefully for a number of seasons to come.

Is McCann quick? Let's hope so otherwise well have one of the slowest defences in the SPL. I don't think so. Going by what Hibs fans were saying on Hibs.net, despite having some good points to his game, his pace is not one of them.

When was the last time you watched a game and half the crowd were playing bagpipes for the entire 90 minutes ? I don't think I've ever been to a game where anyone had a vuvuzela, and I doubt will be seeing much of them in the future here.

Do you have any evidence to suggest that it was "stripped" from Grant Munro? For all we know, he may have given it up.

If anything, vuvuzelas are no worse than bagpipes. In fact, bagpipes are worse!
