It generates extra cash for the top six... Think about it....we would have extra games against the OF, the Dons, Hearts, and one other... it would be great for us if we ever got there......

I wasn't living in Sneck when the merger/take-over stuff was on-going. I couldn't have cared either. The thought has occurred to me since I came to live here that it would have been best to completely bury Caley & Thistle... Inverness FC would have been born..... and might have enjoyed a bigger support.

CC wouldn't be questioning the split if we looked like making the top six.... I'd say the split does create more competion in the SPL and helps keep it interesting.... As for CC saying no one will ever mind who came 6th in the league - not so - we certainly would if we were ever lucky enough to get there.

Tam MacManus was available and is available again.... Not saying he should be signed long term, but a loan spell might have been useful. I would have hoped CC would have looked for, and considered other options. Signing McSwegan was hardly the answer to our prayers..... To Alex.... I've only ever seen Zander playing wide left.... certainly haven't seen him score a heck of a lot of goals.... X & Z are very close on my keyboard..... :023:

Is Xander a striker..? They should have taken on some kind of cover for Dargo and Wyness.... even on a loan situation.... They've lost every game since these two got injured.... :020:

I've always been critical of his inability to "keep the heid" but I have to say he always give us 100% and he can make the odd decent pass.... While Dargo & Wyness are both out he should get a chance to show what he could do up front..... Better that, than sitting around on his erse....

I can't believe how quiet this site is at this moment. This was another game (like the Celtic game) that we were argueably the better team, and could have won. Craig Gordon, being out for this one might even have counted against us. I just hope the heads aren't going down here.... losing two strikers of the quality of Dargs & Denzil, at this stage in the season, was obviously going to create problems. We'll get over this.... The cup-tie with Celtic will herald a major turning point in ICT fortunes.... Caley for the Cup.... :022: :022:

Won't be very sensible to try and bring him back for the Celtic game, if he's not fully fit, and he will be short of match practice.... Rory should continue to improve with a few more games on from the start.... :022:

Morton - St Mirren would be a local derby.... It doesn't surprise me that only a few hundred come up here from the likes of Falkirk or Dunfermline.... Just p1sses me off that there are more OF supporters in Sneck than Caley fans.... That is never more evident than when the OF are playing here..... :020: :020:
