  1. OK Tom, we can use this thread for pre-match entertainment. Pretty stiff breeze blowing across the Firth just now but the rain has stayed off so far, hope it does not spoil the evenings entertainment. County fans reckon their team is up for it so could be a tough night ahead.
  2. Happy birthday dear dargo is alegend Happy Birthday to you :003: :drinking08: :drinking09: :drinking07: :drinking10: :eat03: :football01: :music03: :music05: :panda01: :panda02: :party01: :party02: :party04: :party05: :angel13: Drink responsibly :drinking09: :drinking09: :drinking09:
  3. Assuming they manage to avoid relegation.
  4. (Citroen) Xanthia.
  5. Why are you having a personal attack at me. I made a post, big deal. Lighten up. I did think it was a rubbish post by someone who as you said has only partial knowledge of the previous issue. Perhaps I should consider my posting style..............now where have I heard that before. Crticise away, I am all ears.
  6. Thats fair enough. He did ok at Clach without setting the heather on fire. It would be prudent to have another look at him in a match situation and against better quality defenders. He seems to have plenty of pace and plenty committment.

    HAPPY DAYS

Happy days. Some people feel we are not moving forward. I am sure we all agree that some things could be done better. I am sure we are not all happy with the players we have at our disposal. I am sure the club shop could be better.................the list is endless. Some people are more vociferous than others. I reckon that the vociferous ones are more likely to post these negative thoughts than the happy clappers are likely to post positive comments (apart from Alex) If you honestly believe the club has not moved forward then think back to the dark days of the Third Division or even darker days in the likes of Brora or Rothes. I don't like to make too many comments regarding the running of the club as I don't know enough of what goes on behind the scenes, therefore best to remain silent than to print ill-informed nonsense. Very seldom do people return to the boards and apologise for their condemnation of goings on. So.........in defence of the club that we all support, lets hear it for the happier days, past, present and future. It could be worse, you could end up supporting Rangers or Celtic, or even worse, Ross County, the club just popped out of the second division, yet some of us see them as better placed/run than our own ICT Some people will always moan, we can't do anything about it, but why sit back and let them monopolise the thoughts of others. It's only opinions I hear them say, well this is only my opinion............happy debating. Happier times Crowd6.jpg_thumb
  10. Hey Scott, I believe we met last time in Denmark, we had a great time over there. Not sure if any are travelling over this time. We spent the week in Copenhagen and loved it. Is this you and the missus below. Scott.jpg_thumb
  11. More than just a football stadium, variety and all round entertainment. Great value for money.
  12. Another 2-0 defeat and the intertoto is no more for Hibees. Dismal stuff from one of Scotlands better sides. They new they had to play these games, no excuse for not being prepared early enough, they were simply not good enough.
  13. I agree with again, the entertainment value is not as bad as some perpetual grumblers like to make out. The 3-2 with ten men game against Celtic was not too shabby either. Nobody is being forced to go along to the football, enjoy it while it is there, it won't last forever, then you will really have something to moan about. I FIND IT STRAIGHTFORWARD...........There are always teams worse off than ourselves.
  14. ?10 and ?5 concessions
  15. right eenuff Summed up the first half but the second half was an anti-climax Not sure what Alex Ferguson saw in Evans but I will bow to his superior knowledge. I thought we might have seen the last of him, although he was keen to impress but for me he never saw enough of the ball in the first half. His dipping thirty yarder off the outside of his boot was a spectacular effort, but not enough to make his day outstanding. Jimmy Jabby was solid, quite an imposing figure. Yes his shot was ballooned high over the stand, but hey, he has something in common with Hastings after all. He also provided the highlight of the second half with a bit of wing wizardy. Good acquisition if you ask me. Stroll in the park first half and deservedly four up, could even have been seven up. Mr Barrowman obviously found the Merkinch rearguard much tougher than the second division brand. He did win plenty balls in the air so we still have that option, but I suppose he should really have buried a couple of the gilt edged chances that came his way. Imrie looked sharp and all the afore mentioned had decent games, Proctors finish reminiscent of his equaliser against Celtic. Cowie took a free kick smartly, catching out the keeper low to his near post, and Imries goal was a well worked move and cool finish with Black turning in a rebound. I thought Black was the class act on display. Mention for Bazza as well, he looked pretty hungry and is always a class apart. Tougher game looming for Tuesday evening and we will no doubt bring yesterdays squads together to form a single unit.
  16. Wow, the club are really going to miss you. :014: what does being a supporter actually mean? I am confused now.
  17. Excellent piece of business if that is the case.
  18. :017: there would be no gaps.
  19. letters of the alphabet I'll start, A
  20. I agree Kev Connie has a history of dislike to Fraser playing in goal for ICT, she is not keen on him being the incumbent, which is her opinion, but a lot of people on here believe Mike Fraser has justified his selection. However, a decent experienced number two could ensure he stays on his toes. Lets not forget the save he pulled off against Celtic, unbelievable, highlight of the season for me.
  21. Courier today has Niculae not featuring in either of tomorrows games, but Barrowman, Wood, McAllister and Imrie should play. Sean Evans has impressed allegedly, and he will play against Clach, Richard Hastings may also play (where?). Brew said the squads for tomorrows matches which both kick off at 3:00pm will be split equally, "there won't be one squad that is stronger than the other at Inverurie or Clach. It will just be split totally down the middle"
  22. Xanthi stadium Name: Xanthi Stadium Club: Skoda Xanthi FC Capacity: 9,500 seats Record Attendance: 11,744; Xanthi-PAOK, 1995 Address: 25 Vas. Sofias str., GR-671 00 Xanthi Now renamed Skoda Xanthi Stadium
  23. tread carefully tcf Unfortunately, the thread posted was not a rumour and was closed. There was more rumour in the IHE thread like it or not. This has all been discussed at lengh by the moderation team and the issue is now closed. what really bugs me is people like you posting rubbish like this.
  24. :009: One out this week.................dentist broke it three times before he eventually yanked it out.........sorest exctraction I have ever had, it was worse than the toothache. He spent about twenty minutes pulling and pushing and bending and levering and generally making me feel severe pain. The sweat was dripping off my brow and I was clenching my fists, pretty close to grabbing his testicles (revenge) However, get it out he did, hope he does some gymn work before next Thursday for round two. The same big tooth on the opposite side, second back one :019: :019: :019:
