  1. Jim would have cleared it with his ankles............he would have been sat on the crossbar at the time. There are some fantastic photos in the press regarding this save. What a flier Mike gets, tremendous action save, and the place for this is inside the stadium foyer blown up to the size of the actual goals, now that would be impressive.
  2. Fork me, I've just wlked into the fifth form. Is there not a memories thread for these things, I thought this was a football forum. Black is brilliant and his behaviour is impeccable now.

    Condoms

    One size fits all pricks.
  4. :019: everything Throat red raw, top pallet at rear swollen and difficult to......should I say this word......swallow, night times are a nightmare unable to sleep with the soreness. Help me, NHS 24 sent me to the chemist last night and the geezer gave me the dequa spray to numb my bits, works not too bad, see how it goes tonight without the wine sedatives.
  5. Brown disnae do penalties, it was a gimme, straight through him :015:
  6. Does this now make us unofficial world club championees. Well, Celtic beat Milan, Milan won the world club Championship recently..........therefore one add one makes five and we are world champions. sorted.
  7. Jboy, you must be on the wind up, fishing to annoy someone are we. Niculae played his part, he is not an olympic sprinter but he workrd his socks off today and like Cowie, ran himself to a standstill.
  8. Good shout davie, he will be difficult to hold on to at this rate of progress though. From the distance of the North Stand, I thought the Irish fellow tried to elbow Black after a robust, but fair challenge, and maybe a bit of lippie from Black helped........class act Iain.
  9. Hmmnnn Blackie, ask David Proctor that one, he was responsible for him being sent off, lost his man for the first goal and is one paced. However, I forgive him and yes we should sign him, but we should still be looking for the big stopper.
  10. Deserving of his own thread. What a save that was today, the one in the second half, full stretch back arched and fingertip, it had everything. Well done again mikey and thanks for that, it made my day, you have made a happy man very old, but the save was incredible, Gordon Banks, eat yer heart out.
  11. Once again Black was sheer class, winning the sponsors MoM today. Another Black Magic display, just in time for Xmas.
  12. I've tried everything, even sucked a fishermans friend, but to no avail, then just when you think your day will be spoiled by giving Celtic two defensively unclever goald, the best tonic ever, A great fightback two goal start, down tyo ten men and we stuff them, absolutely brilliant. I'm not quite on top of the world, but that made me feel good. Thanx for all the advice, got spray from the chemist last night and ibuprofen, but maybe the two bottles of red wine were the best painkiller yet. :021:
  13. :019: I have got the mother of all sore throats, a real pea souper :019: never had one this sore ever, not even before I was born. Managed a wee cough this morning...........yeeeuuggghhh, what lumps were coming out of me :010: at least something is shifting............... anyone got good remedies for shifting these blights. (don't you just hate all these smilies) :blah01:
  14. drochit, everyone hates the old firm, and everything they stand for. They have all the money, they buy off other teams then discard the players to Championship sides, their fans are made up of the occasional decent sort and thousands of glory hunting pea brains. Anything you can scrape from the old firm is a bonus and well worth the wait. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than taking points from the big boys, underdogs are my speciality. The arrogance of their fans is only bettered by their sheer ignorance and contempt for the rest of the teams in the SPL. When you see hordes of buses leaving the North every weekend to go to their games you wonder why, why support them..........I can see no other reason than glory hunting. Last season was a good one for the wee boys, we took seven points from Rangers, they took one.............one point against a team of battlers and workmanlike plodders. Trust me, taking points from them is gold dust, therefore my prediction is points for us today, something to ram up their local fans and listen to wee Gordon greeting. Collins tried it last week, never heard him apologise for his outburst accusing the refs of robbing them of victory. Get over it, we have as much right to win games as you.
  15. 3-1 to ICT, you read it here first Why should we fear them, they are only another team, it's when tooooo much respect gets handed around and we sit in looking for a draw against the so called superstars. I say lets take the game to Celtic and give everyone of the players a couple of glasses of this wine :003:
  16. Good on ye Jock, heres to another 75 :021:
  17. 1-1 at Ibrox feck me Gretna 3-2 up now just as County go 1 up
  18. Woohoo Neil Young-------------London Hammersmith Apollo--------------08/03/2008--------------fekkin woohoo....result
  19. people who don't use smilies :018: :029: :clapping03: :024: :blah01: :sillywave:
  20. Wheres the Xmas panto, and don't say it's behind you.
  21. Mike was fantastic on Saturday. Too much made of him not coming for crosses, what nonsense, it's not Mike that has the problem, it's some of the fans. We have been spoiled for guys that could not come for crosses, Fridge, Brown to name a couple, we now expect our keeper to freeze on the line and gift the ball to the big strikers. Well apart from one moment when a tremendous low cross dipped into the danger zone Mike handled brilliantly. No one has taken on the point that on at least two occasions he had to improvise, and he did it with ease, drifting past players like Ronaldinho would, drop of the shoulders and he's off. The only plus point some are making is that he kept a clean sheet, in fact three in a row. Yes that is a bonus, but you can't stop them all, not even the worlds best can do that, so why oh why do we get something good and then turn against them. Yes he has made mistakes, but the man who has never made mistakes has never been born.................now it's different for women, theres lots of them out there. Big thumbs up from me Mike, soon be shouting Scotland Scotland Number 1 :021:
  22. And he captained County......................what have you done :crazy07: Maria Nicola Yingwie, now theres a name, some might say yep, no footie connections in there at all :010:
