    Tam MacManus

Unfortunately for ICT, he was one of the players who created havoc today. And he was going spare in the window was he not..............lesson learned, if we can control Black, maybe we could have controlled Tammy.
  3. hmmmnnn apart from lying on the deck, whirling around like a threshing mill, or skirling dervish............. well done Ian, another game without a booking.
  4. Crikey.................look at the time, I'd better get going................... :drinking09:
  5. The boy is doing just fine. It's all part of his game, it's what makes him tick. He is one of the few players who has the potential to open up defences. The bookings will continue, he will learn the hard way, but you can't take that portion of his game away or we don't then have Ian Black. It's Ian Black Jim, but not as we know him, not as we know him ............cap'n. aye, ye cannae change the laws of physics

    vs Falkirk

It's a bit new to us all this singing lark, but you can maybe start a new trend. Real football, thats what it's all about enjoy.
  8. What really has cost us the cup game and a top six is being not quite good enough. But, they are good enough for me to support.
  9. Charlie, I saw that figure of 204 being bandied around. If they had 204 then I am an Arab, it looked more like two bus loads, certainly less than 100, they must have stayed in the pub to watch something else than turn up at the stadium if we say they had 204 tickets. signed sheikyermannie4thejob
  10. County are on the slide but fighting back somewhat. They are three nil up against Hamilton after sixteen minutes, with our new boy Cowie scoring two goals so far :010:

    Dargo poised

theres a report on the official site. linkypoo We lost 1-2, Dargo apparently chipped a beaut into the top of the net from twenty yards after just two minutes. He played for an hour.
  13. is it the guy in the front row wearing the Jaggies strip that is annying everyone.

    Dargo poised

And he is poised again, ready to play for an hour against Falkirk reserves this week and if he shows no ill reaction may well feature against the Pars :003: (from teletext)
  15. No, it's definitely a weegie :017:

  17. McSwegan started well, but after our goal disappeared until he hit a fericious shot from thirtyfive yards after an hour. We attacked until we scored then sat deep/were pushed back. Marcus had a good game, my MoM, looks to be a goal threat cutting in from the left and not afraid to try to skin the defender, and good in the air as his goal showed. Evenly matched...............well I thought we could have drawn the game given our more advanced second half display. I thought Caff had a great second half, should be replacing Dods for the last five games, we need to know now in competitive matches if he is going to cut the mustard. Duncan and Black were just fine, Black not looking likely to get sent off, but there is always the chance of it after the first booking. I have no complaints about yesterdays performane, better than the United game and we played with plenty of endeavour in the second half.
  18. Pretty entertaining game and but for the shoddy goals we gave away, we could have had all three points. Duncan was good today, Black, (while he was on), looked well capable, Paatelainen my pick for MoM, he gave us a more positive threat coming in from the left side. Rankin did well..........oh he wasn't playing, could have been for all he did last week. Dods, great stopper centre half old style, but he had the miss of the match from six yards, hoofing the ball high over the bar in a typical Dodsy punt, now that man does punt. I thought Caff once up to speed had a great second half and I would have no qualms about leaving the departing Dods on the bench for the last five games. The rest were ok, Tokely having a difficult time with the dangerous Naismith, but he stuck to the task well, Hasting unusually good cross for Patti's brilliantly headed goal. Barry tried, but it wasn't to be. Sweggers started brightly but faded badly......untill he unleashed a ferocious shot from a long way out which the keeper tipped over. The subs all played their part, Rory looking eager to please, Zander lively on the wing and Hart given less opportunity apart from taking the cornes. Fraser, I would not blame for any of the goals, especially the first, the defenders let the ball bounce in the six yard box from a long throw in, unbelievable, Mike would have expected someone to hoof it, unfortunately no one got a touch and he was left in no mans land for the ball to bounce high over him and get bundled in at the far post, schoolboy stuff defenders. Strange decision on the touchline led to the start of the second, ultimately a decent finish, the third although neat finish by Naismth, we afforded them too much room in and around the box, overhead kick in all the way. My opinion, we almost snatched a draw, which overall we deserved, but for very slack defending for the Killie goals, mind you our second was poor from their point of view. Good home crowd for a change at Killie, due to the reduced prices and free tickets for schools, ICT, learn from this please.
  19. Thought he looked eager to work when he came on yesterday, maybe thats his best position at the moment coming off the bench.
  20. 50/50 whether to hook Black yesterday. He did deserve his booking, he did a couple of earlier challenges that went unpunished, but he was the most likely along with Pat to unlock the Killie defence. He may have lasted the whole game, but thats no guarantee that we would have gone on to get a point or three. mabees aye.............maybees no.
  21. clacher you poncey part time ankle slapper, get yersel to the game. Crusher will be on the megabus to Perth, Zogg and I will pick him up at Broxden junction and hey ho off we go. :ban-llama: :driving01: :driving02:
  22. Aye well done something for him to aim for. Even Rory would probably admit he has not been at his best recently, but when the rest of the team are not playing all that great, it is difficult for him without good service, anyway, well done to Rorry for the inclusion in the squad.
  23. I am pretty close to securing an away day, negotiations are at an advanced stage...........another couple of bottles of wine should do the trick. Zogg definitely, and maybe crusher from Edinburgh might attend as well.
  24. Down the line the train came puffin Caley six........... Killie nuthin.
  25. How does that one go EWS :023:
