  1. In the P and J today 'Mark Ridgers still open to Caley Thistle talks after turning down three offers from other SPFL clubs' https://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/sport/football/inverness-caledonian-thistle/6506669/mark-ridgers-still-open-to-caley-thistle-talks-after-three-offers/ Surely someone at the Club could let the out of contract players and some staff, who are now potentially on the dole, know if there is any chance of future employment?
  2. Good luck Corky. Well done Shane.
  3. Obvious really - Duncan only has enough players for 4 a side unless Grassa can still stroll though a game and the club loan Gary Bollan a pair of Bobby Mann's shorts from the club museum.
  4. Another key question - 'Has the Insolvency Practitioner been stood down? I had not seen this in Wiki until now - In 2009 Ferguson pledged his support to the "Keep Everton in Our City" campaign, saying: We can now take it he will actually support 'Keep Inverness training close to or in our City. '
  5. I suspect most season ticket holders do want to help the club. However, Kelty came out of the blue, Friday's season ticket announcement, completely out of the blue. This Board has over 5 years endorsed what Scot Gardiner has recommended or actions by him based on delegation they have allowed. We currently do not trust them - Aaron's situation highlights this. This week will possibly help settle the nerves. We will find out if Scot Kellacher and Ryan Essen are still employed. We will hear from Duncan Ferguson. We will find out if Roddy MacGregor, Lewis Hyde and Mark Ridgers are on board. Is Jake Davidson back? What youngsters are on board. In addition like any prudent investor we want to see the 2022/23 accounts finalised and submitted. On the assumption that much of this becomes clear or clearer and trustworthy I am sure season ticket sales will move forward and our enthusiasm to support the new team will emerge. Happy to buy on Friday 21st if we see progress.
  6. The biggest problem could be changing Ferguson's mindset about using local players. In that respect, I hope Lewis Hyde is brought in from the cold. Cameron Ferguson may be an actual signing which over a season might pay dividends.
  7. Only if they live in the Highlands and Ferguson is prepared to change his mind about managing people like Lewis Hyde and Roddy McGregor.
  8. Hopefully get some photographs on Monday showing who was at pre season training i.e. players and coaches.
  9. We have had stories from players out of contract. But what about those who had contracts? Have their contracts in effect been terminated by the actions of their employer?

  11. If we do survive, question number 1 for a player or agent - Can I get a copy of your player injury insurance please?
  12. Not forgetting the accumulation of small fines for non submission of accounts (so far less than one month) Length of period (measured from the date the accounts are due) Penalty for a private company or LLP Not more than 1 month £150
  13. In the beginning of Gardiner's life at the Club 9 April 2019 Inverness Caledonian Thistle is delighted to announce the appointment of a prominent figure in Scottish football administration as its new Chief Executive Officer. https://ictfc.com/scot-gardiner-appointed-new-ceo/#:~:text=Inverness Caledonian Thistle is delighted, its new Chief Executive Officer. 3 October 2019 - 'We have no debt now, no soft loans any more, no bank debt and we own the stadium.' https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/4792055/inverness-appeal-shareholders-away-administration-threat/ Nearly five years later.....
  14. This is NOT for the Board. It is for Aaron, other players out of contract, staff at the Club, staff out of contract, currently signed up players, Inverness businesses who sincerely have helped the club, ex players who have retained their silence on key issues, and the fans of the club. This says it all...............
  15. Agreed - both in terms of prudent decision making and now morally. Gordy Fyffe is a Public Relations Consultant but clearly the last month has been an absolute disaster for him by being on the Board. The Board have brought not only the football club into disrepute but also the City. Their performance will be ridiculed far and wide. With the Chairman having handed in his notice on the day the Accounts should been signed off it is fair to say the Directors will be quite concerned about their own legal position as Directors. Therein lies the problem, there is no one in charge at the club beyond the Insolvency Practitioner and the CEO. The Honorary President is probably the lead person. Take your pick from this slightly out of date list https://ictfc.com/the-board/
  16. Appalling. Aaron is absolutely decent.
  17. Pack your bags and go. Your contract has ended, find a new job, pay for your own accommodation (where applicable).
  18. Sadly the law only relates to public bodies. Almost certainly the Insolvency Practioner has got an insight but slippery characters know how to slither away and re-invent themselves. However, his Linkedin profile is very respectable and well supported.
  19. Absolutely shameful that Directors who may have put money into the club but who live absolutely comfortable lives have treated the players so disgracefully.
  20. Directors have a duty of care not to overtrade. On the 21 December 2023 when Morrison submitted his floating charge over property, assets and rights he also applied a negative pledge. This put him in a very strong position i.e. defined as 'an agreement between the owner of a charged asset and a lender stating that the owner will not create further security without the agreement of that lender.' In addition both he and Munro applied that pledge over shares held by the borrower. At the moment the appeal on the battery farm does not appear to have been submitted so both pledges will be impediments to solvency.
  21. It is quite useful to reflect on what was considered to be the Directors perception up to 31st May 2024 as predicted in the last set of published accounts.
  22. He is almost certainly being interrogated by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  23. And now, the end is near And so I face the final curtain My friend, I'll say it clear I'll state my case, of which I'm certain I've lived a life that's full I traveled each and every highway And more, much more than this I did it my way Regards Scot Gardener
  24. If we do get up and running under Ferguson this season, his clear disdain for local players e.g. Lewis Hyde, Roddy McGregor will make it very difficult to motivate whatever players we can source locally. Ryan Esson is 44 but if he became player/manager could at least provide us with someone in goal!!
  25. HMS Sneck needs to speed up to deliver an urgent message. 'Although they have not released an official statement, Kelty, when approached by Press Sport, said that they have not been notified by any officials at Inverness to say that the agreement has been cancelled. '
