He would hve turned it round in my eyes. We were relegated as soon as he was sacked by the board. Lets look at some more succeful clubs tahn ourselves, and before anyone says it I am in no way comparing ourselves to these teams. When was the last time Man United changed manager? or Arsenal? or Liverpool? It goes to show that if you stand by a certain individual the job will get done, and that would have been the case in this situation if it wans't for the (imo) clueless fans. I quite liked actually having a chance of safety... That would not have happened under Brewster, the players had no respect for the fella and he really was/is tactically inept. And yes the fans got what they want, but thats what happens everywhere, fans make clubs. Look at the two most recent managerial casualties in Scotland, Calderwood and Strachan. Both hated by fans. Both sacked.

I'm going to be a student in Glasgow next year and I will be more able to afford trips to Firhill, Cappielow and New Broomfield (should Airdrie survive relagation) than Ibrox, Parkhead and New St Minkin Park... And I will hopefully be seeing more wins that I would have. Anyone else really feel like they want the new season to start NOW? I for one feel excited for the new season(probably more excited than I would have if we had survived) I haven't felt like this about a new season since we were promoted. I guess its the feeling of having some realistic silverware to fight for.
