I doubt if Scott Gardiner would have the B***s to try that.

Alan Savage is a very astute businessman and that is we have been sadly lacking in our boardroom in recent years and he has come to rescue our club from the chancers that have been running it in recent years and I am very grateful. I am sure he will have things running better and those with the blazer and club tie will be working for the club rather than just showing face. What we need now is to sort things on the park for us fans starting with a win on Saturday.

NOS Cup Tie 1st Round away v Nairn
A good game to watch with the football played a a very fast pace and some nice moves from both sides although the Nairn players are more seasoned than ours but not the tippy-tappy stuff we usually have to endure. The young guys put in a good performance and Shae Keogh took his goal well when he got the chance. I said to another supporter that the Nairn number 7 reminded me of Martin Lisle when he played for Caley and the photographer at the side of the pitch said it was his son Scott. Back to the league on Saturday where we must win to put some points on the board.

Historic debt 'written off'
Totally agree before I bought my season ticket last Tuesday I still went to the games to support my team and always will.

Thanks I am planning going to that game.

It's simple we are stuck with him unless he resigns which I don't think he will do as he is making a fortune compared to our average fan here in Inverness unless there is some clause in his contract that we could sack him for performance reasons but remember it was Gardiner and Morrison that signed him and they are unlikely to be savvy enough to have done that! He will be back at Nairn with the team on Tuesday night.

Montrose @ home August
I just hope he was listening to some good advice.

Montrose @ home August
Yes but simply don't bring bring pyro! I hope we enjoy the game and get a win. I am an oldie but hope there are plenty young ones to support the team tomorrow the more noise in the north stand the better

Gardiner has gone thankfully but our club still have to conform to the rules and regulations, it is a warning to the few dafties who might want to bring in flares or smoke bombs which is wise to do so as they could end up with a criminal offence which is not good for anyone. I have bought my season ticket this week and will be right behind the players mostly our young guys on the pitch hoping for our first home win of the season

That's what I highlighted earlier DD the club statement was dated the 12th and not posted, I would not trust the board members that have been running our club with a bag of sweets whereas I would put more trust in Alan Savage and Charlie Christie to try and save our club from all the others that have been involved.

The statement is now on the official website dated 12 August although it wasn’t there yesterday.
