Dundee Utd -V- Inverness CT
I've never really felt any media bias against ICT. The other night, however, was a little different. When a team from our country plays a team from another country, I would expect the commentary to be a little biased towards the team from our country. Just felt that we were the team from the other country!

Billy Mckay
Former Jaggies might dispute that! But do you think this Billy may also come back to Inverness? Always the chance he'll come back once he's past his best, like the other Billy did! He was still pretty good though! And former Jaggies will just have to get used to the fact that their team's shortened name is "Caley"

Can Yogi maintain our momentum ?
I'm actually quite optimistic about next season. A few rough edges to sort out but I really don't think we're all that far away from the finished product and the close season should provide plenty of time for him to hone his tools. Perhaps this is Yogi's best chance yet to achieve something big in Scottish football.

PlaceNames
Arse-ne is the manager of Arse-nal. Did they no have a striker called Arse-havn? Arse is a good thing to have in your name if you want to manage or play for ARSE-nal!!

Europe or League cup?
Well, if we get beat in the final, there's always a European place to look forward to!

Naming pets after football teams
Many years ago I had a canary called Norwich. One day the neighbour's cat got in and managed to claw it through the bars of the cage, unfortunately fatally. As I literally booted the cat out of the house, I named it after Ross County, missing out the Ross, the "o" and the "y".

New Stadium location? (fun thread)
There was no room to expand, install compliant stands etc. All the land around the ground was already developed.

New Stadium location? (fun thread)
Seem to remember there was a site in Carse which was investigated by Caley as an alternative, pre-merger. Although developed now, it's never been a major retail site and may have been an ideal stadium for Caley had they decided to apply for entry to the Scottish League without merging, with room for expansion and, most important of all, so close to Telford Street Park that nobody would have really noticed any difference in travelling distance. I wonder if there would have been sufficient room for expansion on that site, as there is little doubt that had Caley gone for it on there own back then, they'd be in a similar position to ICT today. But hey, let's not start any merger controversy!

Butcher offski?
So what did you expect him to do? Sit at the away end? Imagine the hassle he'd have got!

Butcher offski?
BBC strangely quiet, on the lunchtime news, about their earlier assertions. Plenty of non-news, Scottish cup draw mostly, and not a mention of ICT! Could this be meaningful?
