  1. Well i was at the last hamilton game, and talking to the nice ladies at the club shop on the friday. One of them said she had to take pavels home as it was a rib injury. Just a hunch but he may still not be 100%, ribs take a long time healing. He has played reserve games and been on the bench. Hes a fan favourite so im surprised there hasnt been an outcry him no starting. Id have had him in there at hamilton, and definitely for tomorrow. Also, the ref probably didnt give the foul on Tokely as no one, including him, appealed!
  2. if we beat hamilton it would be different....cos if we beat them, then beat motherwell, we would be one win from 7th!
  3. sounds good, and your right that we would look silly, but to us die hard fans, remaining in the spl means everything! december i thought we werent looking good! but it does sound like it could lead to bother! just wait til next season when we win the league :011:
  4. im guessing this is 19.45 kick off? leaves plenty time to get there after work.
  5. did the same against st mirren aswell.....goes alone alot, when a pass or cut back could be a far better oppertunity. possibly when his adrenaline gets going and all that.......
  6. Sheridan wasnt allowed to play for Motherwell against Celtic at the request of Gordon Strachan as he is only on loan from Celtic. I think same scenario...imagine the fans if Fraser had a cracking game of keeping them out and ICT won?
  7. Me + 1 Mega mega important game, will be there to show support and shout obscenities when needed!
  8. I really worry just now, not just for us, id like to see Falkirk down for a number of reasons. Its true that if we match whatever Falkirk get we will stay up....after wednesday, i cant see us still being 4 points ahead, i dont. Hopeless against Motherwell. I just hope that with them not having much to play for they are on their backs!
  9. Wathced the game on setanta in the house! Cant believe it. Gutted actually! Should have got the 3 points, I really do hate Hamiltons play. They just whap the ball anywhere! It really could have been totally different though...striker like Offiong, you expect to put that shot away!
  10. This is huuuuoooooge games here, i think every little could help!
  11. Haha!
  12. Im in agreement with CaleyD. Another point is that because everyone slates him, then everyone are always watching out for him. OK he makes a good few mistakes, but who in our team doesnt? Munro has had a number of absolute howlers this season....worst one probably against Motherwell - kick the air for sheridan to score! If that was Lionel, all hell would break loose. The guys lacking in confidence...but theres been times ive liked his play, hes calm, takes on guys, plays the ball, isnt afraid to travel with ball and get up and attacking....add a bit confidence, he could be a good strong Left-Back.
  13. Did some amount of running about, might have been hot. I like him, i always wish him to do well aswell, had a good couple of chances today but unfortunatley fluffed them both. I did rate him against St Mirren last week though, his pace down that wing was unreal. If things went right we could have 3 or 4 goals from his crosses in, even tried a few on goal himself.
  14. ---------------Esson-------------- Proctor--Tokely---Munro---Djebi-zadi McBain----Kerr-----Black----Imrie---- ----------Morais----Foran---------- Dont know how close or identical this is to todays line-up, cant remember. I am also in agreement about Barrowman...id like to see him on after an hour and give him something. Partnering a decent striker like Foran would be good for the guy. McBain needs to get back to being noticed like he was last week, otherwise he'll be axed aswell.
  15. whats the point in a pre-contract then? if the player can bin it, im sure the team probably could aswell? its as good as a handshake probably!
  16. Hearts are ripping up peoples contracts in the last week, i can name two, and both were or still are planning on suing....and they still plan to bring more people in? whos idea from tynecastle was it to sign black? who spotted him?
  17. There are a few things the club could do to keep him, I believe one is in place at the moment and that is Butcher, Blackie likes him as a person as well as respecting him as a manager. The second would go a long way, get Butcher signed as manager long term, they will need to match Hearts wages (dont know what he has been offered), Butcher has made it clear he wants him but until he knows they are safe and what money will be available to him, what can he do. As said previously he loves Inverness, likes the people, so as usual all down to the Board of ICT. This sounds brilliant, and seein as i know you know your stuff Gillian, i am going to say i belive ya! Id love the thought of Butcher long term. It obviously was a problem Black had with Brewster, but i cant see many of the players disrespecting a manager like Butcher. Its obvious any club in the relegation zone just now cant make hefty decisions or renew contracts. Another thing that springs to mind though - if Hearts dont make third, dont get the money for europe, surely Romanov isnt going to bring too many new people in? what if they dont have the money for new players and its all off with Black?
  18. some classics!!
  19. I respect Kenny Clark. Could be a good thing a fair respected ref, although i really hope it doesnt come down to a relegation final day battle. id rather beat falkirk and save killie or midden and be the decider and send falkirk down
  20. Grrrrr ive got a late gig on saturday, and the games on setanta! im desperate to come up but cant see it worth it. ill be at motherwell and kilmarnock after that, but still dying to come up!
  21. Well done Blackie! Will be a big loss. Ill always look out for him in the future!
  22. Black, Mihadjuks, Morais, Foran, Kerr, few other players id like to keep but think they are still contracted. Im looking forward to seeing who Butcher brings in extra though. Foran and Kerr have become vital to the club, who else does he have up his sleeve?
  23. i didnt expect this at all. i go the new home strip for my xmas from the girl, and i laughed and said 'cheers very much, but we are gonna get relegated' and i saw no hope. but from then on, the players were obviously hungry! when brew got sacked, i was one for bringing back John Robertson. I firmly believe he would have done it, but who would have thought we would be where we are just now, back in january. Motherwell and the two Falkirk games were utter disappointments for me, but apart from that, Rangers game, 2 st mirren games, Kilmarnock, all thoroughly enjoyable! Lets keep it going though. Win on Sunday and ill be utterly ecstatic. Go on Kilmarnock aswell.
  24. agreed - it should be the fans the opposition teams hate to face, not just the stadium! st mirrens fans werent very noisy, especially after our goal. they perked up after jim hamilton scored, but after our winner nothing again. i dont want to be like that!!
  25. An incredible tackle, well done Fletcher. Just unfortunate Football decisions, as said, are still in the dark ages!! Ridiculous he misses the final, really feel for the fella!
